DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

They give fake return addresses and do not refund even when they are 100% at fault.

It took 8 months for my return to come back from Spain. I used their return address label. I have a photo of the returned package to prove that the address they gave me is wrong.

So, 10 months after ordering I have been sent the wrong product and no refund – which has gone back and forth from Spain twice because Goalinn gave me a fake return address.

Goalinn is such a waste of time.

Ordered a Man Utd jacket on 6/12/20 expected delivery 24/12-28/12, now 9/1/21 and nothing. Tried navigating their website to contact them but just went around in circles!

this company is a joke i orderd a football top on the 10th of december iv tracked the number said its been deliverd and it clearly hasnt iv spoke on live chat and the man who was steve was no more help than a chocolate firgaurd my ref is 11265283 no one has yet has got back to me there are no phone numbers to use i will not let this go and i would never ever buy from these again

Its been over a month since I ordered a pair of goalie gloves which did not make it for Christmas, I assumed 24 days was enough time. I see on the tracking the item arrived to my local post office a few days ago but it has still not been delivered. When I went back and looked at the picture of my package that goalinn emailed me on the shipping email I realized they completely botched my street address on the shipping label even though it was correct on invoice, so I had to file a report with USPS so they can hopefully get it to me. I have bought soccer gear from other oversea stores and never had a problem. I would stay away from this place. Wish I saw all the awful reviews before I bought from them.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, with international shipping at the end of November. The parcel status is on it's way to the destination country for more than a month.
the estimated delivery time was between 7-11.12
I've tried to reach costumer service several times and ive been told that the package is on the way to my country (it has been on the way since December 5th).
since than i tried to reach them again and got no response.
I'm super disappointed with the service and would not recommend to buy from this website.

USA purchaser here. Ordered Nov 27, got my package December 23. The website gives you the estimate of two weeks. But as you can probably tell from other reviews, that鈥檚 not really the case. The admin will just blame it on international customs or covid. Also, after examining the items bought, I鈥檓 80% sure they are knockoffs or items that didn鈥檛 make it past the quality check, or they are the middle man which means they resell at higher price, which to me it doesn鈥檛 matter. But the inside of the product is cheap. The tags seems sewn in cheaply. The zipper wouldn鈥檛 budge when I tried to bring it down, that was as soon as I opened the package. And I have to really try in order to bring the zipper up when wearing it. Speaking from experience with cheap zippers, it will definitely break in weeks or few months if lucky. The website is supposed to be based in Spain but the package comes from Netherlands? Which is probably why customs sends it through thorough revision before letting the package in. The tracking updates fast but some people get antsy waiting for their package. Like mentioned, it gets stuck in customs so that鈥檚 why the tracker takes a long time to update to the next step. The product runs small but that did not surprise me as it鈥檚 an European brand so buyers make sure you properly look up the brands for sizing difference.

Order number 20322290. Estimated delivery date given was 10th December. No notification that the order has shipped yet. Selected DHL for delivery. No tracking number leads me to fear that this has not even been shipped yet. Awaiting response to my email to customer care. What is the status of my order ? When should I expect delivery ? Please refund me if this order cannot be delivered to me by 24th December 2020.

No tracking update since Dec 6th. My email confirmation states delivery would be Dec 14th. After reading these reviews I鈥檓 not at all confident that my package will arrive. Glad I used Paypal. I will be opening up a case with them to get my money back instead of bothering to email them for the 3rd time.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM***
I placed my order on 5 November and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. When I follow up I get the same generic reply "Please note that current circumstances may cause delay in transit. New Boarder controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market, and local protective regulations and quarantine measures my all impact service."
I've had many parcels delivered from overseas with no delay at all – they are using this as an excuse! I'm not sure I'll ever see my order that was for my son's Christmas present.

Ordered from 26th Oct. Until now still in transit, never provide any updates to their customer, in fact i have to chase it myself. All the replies are check & revert in few days but never do so. Order number 19573272. Just process the refund ! I've ordered the same boot from other web & arrived in two weeks.

Frustrating shopping experience, as product range and prices are excellent, and when I checked before ordering it advises Returns are fast and easy, It doesn鈥檛 mention it will cost 拢7 to return an item that doesn鈥檛 fit.. and a bit naughty that items are sent out using 48 hour post yet you have no option but to pay for 24 tracked to get something back to them. Better online shopping experience available elsewhere at the moment.
I appreciate the rules on return are tucked away in the terms but it should be much clearer that for the majority of returns you will be liable for the cost.

My order was suppouse to have arrived over 2 weeks ago but it still hasn鈥檛, they give you no information on why your package hasn鈥檛 come or even that it would be delayed. As of now i do not recommened.

Update: the order arrived but it did take a long time to come.

Without informing me, you have just delayed the delivery of my order for 2 weeks. You indicated that my order would be delivered on December 14, 2020. Now suddenly without giving a reason, you put on my account that the episode will be December 27, 2020. Absurd. It's not Spain here. You are expected to keep your commitments. This is really ridiculous. What confidence should I have that you will deliver my order to me on the 27th. Has the supply from China stopped? It gives me the feeling that I am going to receive a pair of imitation shoes

Disgusting customer service my package that I ordered on Nov 27,2020 was supposed to be delivered on Dec3-7 there鈥檚 no update on tracking info since Nov30, I have left numerous email NO ANSWER… the phone numbers that STATES ON THE INVOICE AND THEIR WEBSITE DONT WORK I HAVE CALLED ALL OF THEM

They will happily take your money straight away and then check to see if they have it in stock. Not only will the item still be available on the website after they tell you it's not in stock but they will happily advertise it across Facebook and Google so God knows how many more people ordered the item when they are aware they cant fulfill the order. To top it all off you have to wait for them to put the money back in… funny how they manage to take the money straight away but putting it back takes a little while.

Delivered the wrong item and now their customer services don't want to know. Took two weeks to arrive and all they've told is to raise a return which I have done and they will be in contact. But I'm still waiting a week later and their customer services both by email and whatsapp aren't interested and just say 'you've raised a return – they will deal with it'. AVOID!!

I would give the item 5 stars – well made and arrived quickly. However the customer service and returns procedure is dreadful. I ordered 2 x the same size gk trousers and was sent different sizes. It turned out I needed to send both back as neither fitted however you need to ask permission and send a photo if there is an error. This was ignored and I never got a response. In addition if you do get permission it will cost at least 拢8.00 to return items.
