You should give a more clear explanation for the activation key for those who already have an Microsoft account(something like method 3). It was a bit confusing to figure it out.
But the activation key is legit and it works perfect.

As soon as your transaction is complete, you will receive the correct link to download office and the licence code. Immediately after that you can start downloading and install office on your computer. The licence code can be used over and over on the same computer if ever you have to, for example if ever you computer crashed and you need to reinstall office.
