Gigadisks

A scam, purchased 1 month prior to xmas for presents. 3 months later no product arrived. They did correspond with promises to deliver 6 weeks ago but still nothing.
Do not purchase from them.

Ordered a gigadisk before Christmas. Didn鈥檛 receive any confirmation email. Didn鈥檛 receive any delivery details. Still hasn鈥檛 arrived. And still no response to my email.

Like others have mentioned, I ordered 3 of these 3 weeks ago and have not received them yet even though they said I would have it on December 16th! They were a Christmas present that I couldn鈥檛 give! No refund has been given although I鈥檝e requested it! Stay away from this company!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago assuming that would be plenty of time to get here before Christmas. The tracking number doesn't work, and only after 5 separate messages was I able to get a response with an actual tracking link. Considering the website claims to use USPS 7-10 days ensured shipping, I should have a USPS tracking number and some idea of where my order is, but the tracking website does not give any helpful information. I have no idea when or if my package will arrive, but it definitely won't in time before I leave for Christmas. If it's going to take 3-4 weeks to ship a package, it should be advertised as such. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I'm still hoping my order arrived eventually. If it doesn't arrive in the next week, I'll know to give only 1 star.

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid for 5 disks for Christmas presents, in early November. No sign of them, tracking number not recognised and no reply to 2 emails to their alleged customer service email when I wrote to enquire as to the expected delivery date. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Absolutely awful. My products didn't arrive and when I emailed they failed to respond. No disks and no refund.
