Same as everyone else, total scam, ordered a game on october as an xmas present, paid 拢40, tried emailing many times, no reply, now emails wont even send. Phone wont even ring out let alone connect. Looked into it online, this person who was the sole founder and owner of gigantic toy box ltd (Miss Kelly Louise Ellitts) has now opened another company less than a month ago under the name (Keelan Taylor Project Ltd) so a heads up and my advice would be AVOID this company at all costs as its sole owner/director is the same woman! Obvo out to scam again.

Ordered 拢34.99 game back in October. Still waiting for it to be delivered in May.
Said they ran out and waiting for a delivery, emailed them 15 plus times with no response.

Avoid!!!!!! As with everyone else ordered supposedly in stock item last Sept even though they say money not taken till despatched now nearly April and no games and no refund, don't answer phone or emails although answered my first one when it was a few days later than planned saying it was down to stock coming from US, lies, no way I was ringing the premium number again when it goes to voicemail. Got to be someway of getting these scammers website taken down. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Placed an order on 21st November and not had any contact from them since or received my order. I have tried to contact them via email but they do not reply.
Got in touch with sagepay who process payments for them to make them aware of the fact they鈥檙e processing payments for what looks like a scam website but they weren鈥檛 interested either. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a toy figure 6 days ago without a dispatch date, so was very suspect! now I read all these reviews to find out its a scam! they do not respond by phone or E-mail. have got the bank involved! stay clear.
UPDATE: emailed them a number of times to cancel the order and the money came back on my card. Seems to me that they are making money from people calling the premium rate number.

Do not even consider buying from this company.
Have waited over 2 months and still no game. Never answer phone or respond to e mails. Credit card company now involved.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THE CON OF A COMPANY THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE AT ALL DUE TO THE SHOCKING REVIEWS, WHICH I ONLY READ AFTERWARDS AS I HAD TO SEARCH FOR THE REVIEWS…….

i ordered a walking dead jigsaw puzzel in October. i emailed them and contacted them through the website to say i have not recieved the item, i have had no reply to any of them .i am considering contacting Trading standards to get my money back. Keep well clear of this trader.

Ordered Supernatural Monopoly in September, still not arrived and its nearly December. Wish i had checked reviews before hand, total SCAM!

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. Take your money and dont send items. Dont reply to emails and do not answer the phone. If only i looked at truspilot before i ordered. Trading standards should shut this company down. Thieves. I will be paying them a visit as their addresses are on the internet. CRIMINALS

Total scam company, stay away!
Ordered a game on 22nd October, was on 24hr dispatch. When 2 weeks had passed I emailed, with no response, I emailed 4 times in total and got nothing back. I sent a letter to the company and one to it鈥檚 director, still nothing.
Almost 5 weeks down the line and I鈥檝e got my money back thanks to my bank.
Do not use this company, they鈥檙e thieves.

I would give zero stars if this was an option, ordered item on 2nd October, now 15th November and still nothing, same as previous review, they take ages to reply…or dont reply and you cant ring them, they dont answer the phone. On the reply I did get, it was same as previous review, wait for stock or refund, course they know you want the item. Luckily my bank has told me they wcan do a chargeback once 15 days have passed, which it has, so refund here I come, so annoyed as I have wasted precious time to get this item in time for a present.

Complete scam! Ordered a toy from this company and it never arrived, I emailed them and they emailed back saying they had refunded me the full amount! Fast forward 6 weeks and I still haven鈥檛 received my refund, they are ignoring all my emails and do not answer their phone!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I order a game 12 September, nearly 2months ago and still no game, the company won鈥檛 reply to me now, I鈥檓 gonna have to fight and get my money back and report the company to trading standards. DO NOT order from this site, no idea why google has it on the site when I search for the game I wanted to buy :/

I ordered a jigsaw from this company on the 2nd of October. It had still not arrived two weeks later. I revived a reply from them on the 15th stating it was out of stock and that they would receive a new shipment before the end of the month. I was told I could wait or have a refund. I said I would wait. It is now 8th of November and it has still not arrived. I have sent multiple emails to the seller and had no reply. I鈥檓 seeking to get my money back through a third party. I would be wary of buying anything from this company. It may we鈥檒l be some sort of scam.
