The reliability of the internet connection are going down at an alarming rate. I have been a customer for more than 3,5 years and never had any complain with the internet connection.
However since last 3 months the connection is extremely poor and on average I am without an Internet connection for 7 days in a month.
This is unacceptable and Gigabit seems to have no clue about the issue and ends up pointing to TDC.
Time to move to another service provider.

Very helpful customer service.
I had a problem with internet connection and contacted customer service.
Martine Pedersen promptly verified that the issue was with infrastructure. She reported it to TDC and technicians came the same day to the house for the check and eventually they fixed the issue.
On multiple inquiries Martine Pedersen was very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed talking to her a lot. She was always showing desire to assist and responded very fast to all requests.

Despite of a couple of service interruptions, I must say their customer service is very effective, able to help outside working hours through Facebook Messenger. Specifically Martina and Sejr were very helpful.
