This company is part of the Freeman Grattan Holdings group.
I purchased a bracelet from them as Christmas present. Under the 14 day return policy I arranged for a return. The company quickly arranged to collect the package from me.
Since then I have heard nothing and despite the website claiming a traceable return is available – it isn't.
Each time I contact the company by phone or by chat-line I am told the return item cannot be traced and to wait another two weeks.
I am still waiting a refund
