I looked for reviews on this company and totally expected to find these poor reviews after the lack of Customer Service I've received. No answers to emails, so no surprise!
I do not expect my purchase to arrive either so will be looking for a refund from my Credit Card which thankfully I used.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've paid for goods, sent numerous e-mails, tried to get in touch, just no reply at all..this company should not be allowed to trade? advertise on here. they should be shut down and prosecuted

Scam company, do not buy from them. Bought a telescopic ladder over a month ago and still no sign of it. Neither the email address or phone number exist.
