Took them a couple of phone calls to get it right, They had good intent.
Finally got it ordered and await the massage tables arrival. This is the
2nd time we have ordered from them. They are prompt and have good
follow through.

Would give zero stars if possible. Placed order 2 weeks ago. No correspondence at all. Have call company 3 days in a row to get status of order. Their service says they can鈥檛 help, no one in office to find out delivery status. How does a company take thousands of dollars and promise to deliver in 5-7 days? Now going on 2 weeks and nothing! Horrible company stay away!

We have made 2 large purchases now. First purchase was 9 exam chairs and stools 2 years ago for our dermatology office. They are great for both our medical/surgical days and our cosmetic/laser days. The 1 touch return button is so convenient once procedure is over. The swivel feature is also incredibly helpful. We recently purchased 4 more chairs for our new office. The customer service with both purchases was fantastic! I will definitely use gifted touch for my next equipment purchases.

The chairs look great on-line and i even got a personal phone call from the owner/manager however the chair did not arrive on time. It was a couple weeks delayed and the stirrups came in a separate delivery. This separation was never explained. Upon delivery the deliver person had just has a surgery and was not sure if he could lift the chair. He did lift the chair but the whole time we were concerned for his safety. As soon as the chair was delivered we tried to place the headrests in its proper place but the releasing bar was stuck. We had a telephone conference scheduled to trouble shoot this problem i had to pay my staff overtime to b there and i was at another meeting. The meeting was delayed due to some other issue likely another unhappy costumer. I finally paid a handy man to fix the Headreasts. We did get a video on how the headrest was suppose to work and were shown this with the back if the chair disassembled. This was already apparent without the video but may have been helpful to others with this problem.
Once the stirrups arrived it was determined that one of the side rails was bent. I was told to remove the rail and bend it back into position and that this should b very easy to do. The screws are so tight that i was not able to unscrew them. I will yet again have to hire a handy man to unscrew them. A new rail was sent to us however it is for a different chair and dies not fit!!!! The mechanics works fine once it has warmed up so first press even when held for the full second doesn't always work. I was told id get a 200 credit? I have not received anything? I will be sending the handy man bills but i am still waiting for the proper side rail.

I love this company! My only reservation is that when I asked for a quote via online chat, I had to eventually email the company for the quote; which then was extremely prompt. I think they just have a logistics problem with communicating across groups. Great company with solid products that hold up under heavy, continuous use. I would highly recommend them!

I found the website easy to use and specifically liked the helpful staff on the pop up chat. The chat representative was able to match the right equipment to what I was specifically looking for.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call that afternoon from the company owner to finalize the order.
Although there was miscommunication regarding the model of treatment furniture I had wanted to order (the correct model was not accurately identified from the information that that the chat representative provided to the owner) the order was quickly placed and delivery was the following week.
When the furniture arrived it was not the correct model I wanted, and it was my fault that I didn鈥檛 notice that on the invoice.
There was good communication with the owner in which the correct treatment table was shipped to me.
On the downside, the owner and I split the shipping costs for the correct table to be delivered, as I should have been more diligent with reviewing the invoice sent via email.
Although the transaction wasn鈥檛 flawless, I felt the miscommunication was resolved.
The product itself is wonderful. It is just what I needed for my private practice. The upholstery, mechanical parts and integrity of the piece is very good. Price was within my budget.
Would I order this product again? Absolutely.

While arrival was great – and shipping was fast – our item arrived with rust all over it and we had to clean it. It was a white treatment chair/bed so it was pretty gross.
