Garbage! No response at all after almost a month of emailing support. This app WILL scam you!

I used giftme when they 1st started up their service and were accepting credit card as payment. Never had any issues and loved them. Then they stopped credit card payments and went to Bitcoin and bank transfer only. Problem is they have never accepted bank transfer. why they still have bank transfer as an option to fund wallet is a mystery to me.

I sold a gift card email several times I get no response and never got paid

They have stolen over $100 in funds that were transferred to them in BitCoin in January 2018. Refuse to respond to repeated emails. No answer on the phone line.

I have been using it for over half a year and saved a lot of money and everything was fine. Then money began to disappear from my wallet. I got a response back from customer service they will investigate. After a month and multiple unanswered emails, $280 is still missing and now they make my account negative. These guys are crooks! Don't use them.

Only accepts BTC yet gladly accepts your ACH details. Only after entering your bank account information do they conveniently mention that they only accept BTC… Seems completely fraudulent. Per other reviews, they likely only accept BTC now to remove all consumer protection. Customer service also takes over a week to respond and is unprofessional. Stay away.

Awful experience. They accused me of scamming them and said they were going to report me and I did nothing wrong. I'd seriously think twice about using their service. The customer support is also very immature. This is not a professional company, this is not a company to be trusted. I will pay more money for a gift card and go elsewhere if I were you.

This company has only been excepting bitcoin for funding even though they claim to except a ach transaction. I have been trying for months to fund my Giftme account through Ach only to be told that they are temporarily not excepting Ach transfers and to fund with Bitcoin.

They are scam. their customer service horrible. they will never reply to your concern on time. my gift card balance showed 0. they responded with their warranty is 7 days after they took over 7 days to reply.

Purchased a Best Buy gift card. Within a few hours I went to Best Buy to make a purchase and I was told it had a zero balance. I immediately disputed the transaction with giftme didn鈥檛 get a response till a week later. To top it off it was in favor of the seller!!! Fraudulent company. Their 7 day guarantee is WORTHLESS. They claimed that the gift card had the funds when it was sold to me?!?!?!?!?!??

For me all was ok during several months, it was the best app and recommend it to several persons i used to paid via debit card, but then one day the owner change the payment method to only bitcoins!!! What a
stupid decision!!!

Plain and simple. Robbery. If you want to lose your hard earned money, use this site.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They do not accept credit card payments and do not back up what they sell. They guarantee the gift cards for only 7 days. After that, expect your gift card to be used by someone else and the balance to drop to zero.

I made multiple purchases from GiftMe for gift cards and 80% of them were fraudulent. My guess is they are selling the same gift cards to multiple people and whoever uses it first wins! What a scam. I reached out to them for support and they said they can only help if within 7 days of purchase. Will NEVER use again.

PERFECTLY LEGIT!!

I've used them many times and yes, I've had $0 balance cards and invalid ones as well, but there is a reason for the 7 day warranty. You have NO excuse for not using the cards within 7 days, so if you do not complain or click the dispute button, you will lose you money.

Giftme needs to draw a line in the sand somewhere and after many customers complain after using the cards, they need to protect themselves. People need to understand that.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE CARD, 99% OF THE TIME, THE $$ IS RETURNED AUTOMATICALLY. There is no need to email support or wait for a refund.

They don't honor withdrawals. They don't refund on disputed cards. Not only did they sell me an invalid gift card, but they sold the same invalid gift card to me twice. No shame in this company. Complete fraudsters.

Scam. The worst on all gift card companies

I emailed the company a second time today and hope to get either refunded or a new card. I bought a hyatt gift card for the second time a couple of months ago. The first one worked earlier this year — not this one. I did try to check the balance a couple days after my purchase but hyatt requires a pin. I emailed giftme twice for the pin and didn't get a reply or any follow up. I have some optimism that they will email me back and make this right so I gave them 2 stars (and will update it to 4 if they do refund me or I'll change it to a 1 star if nothing happens). Stay tuned.

Only 7 days money back guarantee and they won't refund your money . Horrible customer service(they will ignore your email ) . Buyers , please read other reviews (which avg ratings are 2.0 out of 5.0) , be careful purchase from this app and site . They are scammers

Run Away from this app. I used to purchase on a regular basis. I tried for the first time since they went to bitcoin only.

For a $30.01 gift card I had to fund my wallet.

$1.99 to buy Bitcoins.
$5.00 to transfer to the giftme wallet.

I than tried to purchase the gift card, in my giftme wallet I had a few cents more than what the gift card was selling for. I tried to buy it, however now it says that I do not have enough funds for the miner fee. I have no idea how much that is as they do not mention that until i tried to buy the card.

I asked for a check sent to me for my funds as I do not want to use this company again, it didn't say how much that cost, I am sure there is a fee.

This is a total scam, Run away as fast as you can!

I recently purchased a $25 Starbucks gift card from GiftMe. I tried using it at 3 different locations and it came up invalid at each one. The same thing happened with a $25 Panda Express card and a $50 Supercuts card. Customer support is awful and they will not refund cards! Total scam!!

I have been using the app for about one year until they closed down for upgrades about a month or so ago..I was always happy with the savings and never had any bad gift cards from them.I had one minor issue with a gift card and they responded and refunded promptly.My issue now is they no longer accept credit card for payment..They switched to Bitcoin only..I'm not a millennial so I'm too old to change to this form of payment. I think they have made a big mistake switching to Bitcoin rather than credit cards. I wish them luck as I think they are good company but I won't be using their service any longer unless they can accept ACH payments.

Bought several GC from them mainly because convenience of app, immediate delivery online delivery of GC details and 7days return guarantee. BUT it cost me a lot – all of my GC that i didnt use within 7day guarantee period were unusable due to zero balance.

Not sure whether they are selling same GC to multiple people and whoever get to use them first gets the benefit or something else. In any case they refuse to dispute GC after 7days and i lost the money. This happened with more than 1 card – for ne at Giordanos, you can check history of GC transaction and it showed to be used in Las Vegas strip at once all $100.. this card was kept in wallet in giftme app.. no one had this card other than me and ofcourse people at giftme.. and i havn鈥檛 been to Vegas in last 3 years..

Unbelievable.. just stay away and save your money from these scammers..
