Was sold an unusable product, then the company disappeared!
I purchased a product called "SkiFeet" from a company advertising via Facebook. Their website looked legit and they promised a return policy if the product didn't work out. It took about a month to arrive. When it did arrive, the skifeet were so large they would not stay on my feet, even when fastened as far as they could go. I tried contacting them to start the process of a return, to which I received no replies. Today I looked up the website again and web address is no longer valid. I lost almost $100.
