If you join this company, you will be working for FREE because they DO NOT PAY anymore. They used to be one of the best companies to use but over this past 8 – 10 month perhaps longer, they have appeared to take the money YOU earn for doing tasks/surveys/games and KEEPING THE MONEY YOU HAVE EARNED.

Do NOT sign up to this company unless you like donating your money to scam companies that WILL NOT pay you!!!!

They NEVER answer support tickets so you won't get an answer from that source of asking questions. I even doubt this review TrustPilot will send on my behalf will reach them or get any answer.

I sent a support email stating i was going to the BBB and a few days later i could not access my account. Have not been paid since november and was ready to cash out again.

I have used this site since 2013 to earn a few dollars here and there. I never had a problem with it until October of last year, when I decided to put a bit more time into it and ended up cashing out $5 Paypal cash three times within a few weeks.

None of the payments arrived. I have sent two separate tickets to GiftHulk "support" and there has been no answer to either of these. I have also sent them messages on Facebook. All three of the payments are somehow
listed as "Pending manual verification from GiftHulk staff" and "Verified" at the same time in the orders section of my account.

From looking at the messages left on the company's Facebook wall by other users, I can see that I am not alone in this. "Pending manual verification from GiftHulk staff" means that the payment will not be processed. Avoid GiftHulk, it is a waste of time and effort.

Gifthulk does not pay, nor answers our emails. AVOID!

Gifthulk used to be a good website but they're not paying out anymore. I've tried to contact them multiple times to no avail. Unfortunately they are only scamming people these days and keeping all the advertisers' money to themselves.

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time on Gifthulk. They're better websites out there which will actually pay you for your time.

Bad Business! This company has not paid or attempted to contact you after contacting customer service. I am owed. This company must have went out of business and never notified anyone. Fraud. Delete your accounts.

I have redeemed my points for$45 PayPal but it's been over 3months I've still not received my cash payment and not getting any replies back. .any help

Stopped paying their members. No explanation, no contact. Don't answer messages. Stay away. Beware.

I have been a member of this site since 2014. They used to be great, paid out within usually two weeks. They changed hands about two years ago which was not a good thing. Now, they don't pay out and they just ignore you, especially if you contact customer support and complain.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and even the BBB cannot get a response from them. The BBB told me to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, which I am in the process of doing now. Next will be the FTC.
Do not waste your time. I have been waiting months for my cards I ordered and at this point, I feel that I am more than likely not going to get them.
There are other sites out there that actually pay you what you earned.

I am still waiting for a proper explanation regarding the problems GIFTHULK UK is having.They are not paying their members!I sent various emails to their customer service but so far no reply.I have spent time accruing the points and it is fair that I will get rewarded.From reviews left by other members on social media looks like this is an ongoing issue with GIFTHULK.I can't recommend them.Don't waste your time with this surveys site!

They used to pay pretty quickly…now…it takes forever. We have cashed out for paypal, but they are not paying and not answering as to why they are not paying or when they will pay. I wonder if the site will be going out of business soon.

My Gift Hulk experience has been terrible. You spend time on the site to collect points, only when you go to redeem, they stall, and stall, and stall and DO NOT PAY OUT. Fill out the "Contact Us" form, or send a ticket describing the error you're experiencing — and, they do not respond for weeks. When they do, they say they "fixed" their error. Only…more weeks go by, and still no payout! Then, they accuse you of logging into their site from 4 different countries. Then, they just close your ticket, as though they've solved the issue…only they haven't. Gift Hulk then ignores you for more weeks, and STILL NO PAYOUT. GIFT HULK IS FRAUD.

GH was a great site when I first joined almost three years ago. It has definitely gone downhill. It had become increasingly hard to earn there. The site closed down with no notice given, so people could not use their remaining codes, and opened up again on February 1, 2018, with a new site design. A lot of changes were made, most of them in GH's favor and now GH is not paying. I know of at least five people, myself included, who have submitted orders for payment since February 1st and had their orders rejected. So, unless things get better I have to advise people to stay away from this site. Swagbucks is so much better. Put your time in there instead.

Awful..Have not paid out. Customer Support is to reply saying that your issue is resolved quoting the wrong number. This happened twice. Even saying that I would give a poor review on Trust Pilot, did not get a response.

they do pay if you make points through 3rd parties but STAY AWAY FROM EZ COINS!!!! they're a con and they will REFUSE TO pay, they either ignore or a nastily reply to customer service tickets, they have the WORST customer services in any business, they'll threaten you with "security issues" if you ask for points you've earned. If you're happy making a little here and there through other partners then great but don't expect to be paid any points that are worth over a 100 or so. If you want somewhere that actually pays, is honest and has good CS head to swagbucks.

I have the unfortunate distinction of having lived diagonally across the street from 315 Seaview Ave for over 60 years. To my knowledge, that address has been used for a series of scams for at least 20 of those years. In addition to GiftHulk, a few other 315 Seaview scammers include: HKhan Electronics; something called Maya; Michael Joseph/ Fairweather Foundation & Christ Fellowship Church. It's probable that many, if not all, of these scams originate from the same individuals.

Another of the many scam companies using, or having used, that address is known as Bongus or Bongo International. It has been using the address for well over a decade. The large steel industrial builing, situated on that site, sat vacant for several of those years and prior to that was owned and wholly used by Shell Oil! A more recent scam (2013) is something called Marketer's Center claiming to operate out of that "single location" and employing 50 people. The phone number they use is actually out of Sacramento, California!

The current owner of the property, since about 2008, is Gault Enegrgy and Stone, a despicable company in it's own right, having LIED both to local property owners and Zoning Officials to infect our neighborhood with their filthy and dangerous operations! A quick internet search for "315 Seaview Ave" should bring up one or more of my Gault-related YouTube videos if anyone is interested. People should be leery of any business using a Bridgeport, Connecticut address.

Thank you for bringing some much needed attention to this particular scam site. The primary reason that this type of corruption is so prevalent, here in the US, is that people DON'T SAY ANYTHING! Bridgeport, Connecticut is literally packed to the rafters with corruption and injustice (Google "Joe Ganim" if you don't believe me).

When corruption and injustice, such as the Seaview Ave scam, are exposed it's vital that people speak up and speak up LOUDLY about such activities otherwise the situation can and will only get worse! Exposure is, by far, the best medicine for such social afflictions.

I save you the trouble, they got an "F" rating.Gifthulk.com purports to be located at 315 Seaview Ave. Suite: 120045 Bridgeport, Connecticut 06607, however correspondence sent to said address has been returned to as undeliverable.Mail sent to the business on 07/30/2014 was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as Undeliverable as Addressed. Check them out on google earth, not really the high rent district. Are they right now located in the U.S.A. Google where this site really really got started, You might be surprised! Don't join this site, stay away.

Have been a member of GiftHulk for more than two years. Account still live to date but not an active user for about a year now because they stopped paying.

They used to pay out like clock work. No longer!

I am still currently an active Diamond member in good standing. For whatever that is worth since they do not deliver the payouts.

I would strongly NOT recommend anyone join or continue to do any work on the site. If you are already a member then continue at your own risk.

I currently have eleven paypal payments pending that are verified but are not delivered.

I also have gotten nothing but lip serve and the run around with my many support tickets regarding the issue. None of which have garnered any resolution or payments being delivered.

I have also directly emailed them using [email protected] per protocol more than a dozen times. None of the email inquiries have been responded to. Only the support tickets in which they say they can't help and I have to use the email address I just mentioned to get resolution but they do not respond. Obviously you see the very deliberate problem here.
