The only good thing i can say is they did respond to my emails within a timely manner. I actually did like the jewelry i ordered but the clothing was HORRIBLE! NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS PICTURED. Took 4 months and they tried to say my order was complete. I didn't even receive half of my order. I finally did receive the rest, but like i said took 4 months and horrible quality. Very trashy fabric and sizes are not consistent. One item ran extremely small and another ran extremely big. Total waste of my money!

DO NOT use this website for any purchases. Customer service is non existent! Items take extremely long to arrive, if they arrive! Beware, you will be disappointed.

Horrible company. Do not order anything from this company. Will get 1 item out of 4 which is completely different from what they show on the website. Will only offer you partial credit for the 1 item you received and then wait on the refund for the rest of the items that never happens.

4 months from my original order date:
Received one of the two things I ordered.
The received item is the wrong color and size- they offered me $10.
No word on the other item.
$100.00 burned up

Minus 10 Stars! No one should order from the company, the quality of the items is so cheap, looks nothing like the pictures.
The customer service is terrible, I never received two items that I was charged for. Two months later, they still haven鈥檛 refunded me.
Again, you will make a huge mistake by ordering from this company, they should be put out of business.

I ordered 3 items the first week of December. I FINALLY recieved 1 item of HORRIBLE quality on February 13th. The other 2 have not been seen. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. TURN THEM INTO FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND ANY PLACE THEY ADVERTISE.

The cheapest item I ever received.
Not even close to the description. Ordered a jacket with fox fur in red , size medium.
After 2 month I received a gray jacket in L and the fur is fake.
The material is so cheap and the sewing is so bad ,it isn鈥檛 even worse 1 dollar. I payed $69.95 for it. Payed my lesson. It was advertised by Facebook and I will definitely never … ever pay attention to any Facebook adds anymore.
Don鈥檛 even waste your time , you will be so disappointed! Simply, stay away from this scammers.

Ads look beautiful. But took almost 3 months to get the order and when I did, the quality was like you would expect from the cheapest discount store.

Not just slow shipping (6 weeks), not just a fake item (pictured was a nice woven material covered in embroidery, received a dollar store print that only shared the colors of what I ordered). Not just insulting and slow communication with the seller 'offering a 10% refund and you get to keep it', But for a full refund minus shipping, I can send my $60 item back for $48. This is a total scam, Giconshop is now HOLAGRACE. They have removed the phone number from the website but before they did I googled it and it showed several websites that share this number, suggesting this scam is widespread.

Just received a 鈥渇aux leather long sleeve鈥?which i order around 12/10/2019 also as a gift, and not only is it over a month late, but it鈥檚 made of what appears to be some plastic-like nylon sh** material. It鈥檚 literally a faux- faux leather jacket. 43 bucks wasted. Thanks Giconshop…

My husband and I ordered 3 grey long sleeve vintage plus size outerwear. I got a message from USPS saying my package was delivered. So when I went and picked it up there was 1small bag and there was only 1 in the bag. We had ordered them 11/26/2019 @4:31pm they charged us $161.17. So disappointed and will never order anything off the computer again and it will only be from United states of America. Last time I will be scammed.

Worst shop experience ever! Found this website on Instagram around Christmas time. I found a nice looking jacket for my girlfriend. What was sent to me and what was advertised was something totally different. Besides the two month shipping period the clothes article was totally different and wrong colors. I ordered a wool jacket, what came was a cheap synthetic cover up that was made of cheap basketball short material. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had in the past 15 years.

Ordered three items in December, nothing showed up. I wrote to them and received two different responses. One said your items are on the way, the other said the items were out of stock. It was then I knew there was going to be a problem.
Filed a complaint through PayPal, and received a tracking number for a package. Package arrived after another month with only one item, and it's complete garbage. Called PayPal to update, and we'll see what happens after a while. Hoping to get a full refund.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order in November and still haven't received anything. Plus I reached out to them through PayPal and waited for a response. They did respond but I never received any of my items. They know what they are doing, they waited until the waiting period was over with PayPal to get my refund. So no refund and no items !! Fake company and they changed their name now as well .

Total Scam. Poor quality, really cheap materials. They refuse to send me a return label. Even they don't want their cheap crap back. It also took over six weeks to be delivered. Spread the word. Don't throw your money away.

They dont even deserve a star their product is garbage! It took over a month to get my order actually I ordered two at the same time and I'm still waiting on one. Customer service is a joke I've only received one email response saying . Be patient sweetheart. Do not waist your money on any of their trash

My order was delivered today, 01-29-2020. I placed the order with GICON on December 11, 2019. Invoice number c12251000832115.1, China Post LW419111715CN, FEDEX Tracking number 9274899991099732852215. Tracking didn't work until FEDEX received it 8 to 10 days ago. It didn't ship until I filed a dispute with Paypal for a refund. The order was in transit 49 days and I had placed the order in December before Christmas to be a Christmas gift for my wife. This is absolutely unexceptable! I would never have ordered from this seller had I known the lousy service that they provide.

lost 200.00 scam

Ordered 6 items on 12/30/2019 and have received nor heard anything from them. Have tried emails (which is the ONLY way to contact them) and they do not answer!

I had two orders. After two months one came. The quality was supposed to be flax. But it's nylon. This is my worst purchase online. And no one is the answer. This is a scam. They charge my seventy-three dollars and no one answers.

I ordered a christmas present for my Mom. Gicon shop reported item was out of stock and I am still waiting for a refund. They said, "still awaiting for approval." What is there to approve?

Took 2.5 months to recieve the coat I ordered
When it finally showed up I was not to happy with the quality….
The fur going down the full length of coat was real thin and in no way looked like the quality seen in there advertisement…I will never order from this company again…and advise others to stay away from giconshop

I ordered from here to my dismay. I am disputing with paypal now & hope that this will get resolved. Total scam. Do not with any good consciousness try to buy from here and yes they did change their name to holagrace. Hopefully most of you used a credit card or paypal so you can get your money back.They even tried to do a partial refund. I can't believe this type of company even exists. Hoping paypal does me right. We will see. They might be trying to scam them too.
