Infiting

I'm giving these guys 1 star cause I can't give them ZERO. Placed order last March (Order 1228) paid in full and since then nothing. I held back my complaints up to September 2020 due to special circumstances COVID all around the globe. Up to that point they always answered that my country's (GREECE) post office is responsible for the delay. Well at the post they had never received anything. Since May 2020 I've been asking them for reimbursement since they could not deliver but up to now no answer at all!!! I regret ever getting in business with them.
