Infinity Massage Chairs

I love my infinity 4d dynasty chair. It was on sale for $4400 I was skeptical as to why the chairs were reduced by $6500 but man, do i feel blessed that i purchased this chair. I have used it every day since i received it. My body had a lot of aches and pains, especially my feet, calves and lower back. After one week, i can tell my body is getting stronger and i have tons more energy. You name the feature and this chair has it. This is my first massage chair and i truly do not know how i lived without it. This was my birthday present to myself! Best purchase i have ever made.

We love our Infinity IT-8500-X3! We tried A LOT of chairs to get the right fit for us. The Infinity has the best features and feel of all the ones we tried. The style is excellent and comfortable to sit in even when not getting a massage. The extension setting was what sold us. The way it literally stretches the lower back is genius! The way you adjust the pressure of the air chambers makes it just right for everyone in our family. It鈥檚 totally worth it!

I have owned the Imperial chair for over 1 year. I have had 2 service experiences concerning the same issue (motor) has been replaced. My dealings with sales, service have been exceptional. I can not say enough about the concern, treatment and information provided by the service engineers, especially – Ian -. The chair performance is exceptional and a medical tool I have used and virtually eliminated the 1 -2 times per week massages sessions required to keep my leg functioning. One issue ,—— a terrible experience with delivery of the chair to my residence. i believe this delivery has more to say about the distributor than Infinity Massage Chairs as the distributor is the one that sold and arranged delivery. I bring up this point, as my brother had a similar delivery issue. My brother ( lives in Ga.) purchased a chair identical to the one I purchased and from the same distributor. My brother received the same extremely poor delivery service , his chair being so damaged that the distributor sent out a replacement chair. The 3 man crew that delivered my chair, had no knowledge of the Imperial chairs operations, did not know how to assemble or disassemble the chair , which sat on my driveway for a couple of hours when the deliveryman threated to leave the chair on my driveway due to the supervisors delay. This delivery was a 3-4 hour calamity operation when the supervisor showed up. The delivery is the only reason this review did not receive a 5 star rating. I would encourage anyone to purchase the Imperial, just beware of the delivery! Great Product . Hope this helps!

I went into Costco with a neck issue which was giving me a headache, my low back was killing me, I was planning on going to the Chiropractor the next day. Saw they were letting people use the chairs, sat down for 30 min, when I got up, was feeling awesome. Bought the chair that day, got it a week later, have been using it twice a day for 2 months or so. I have had one back surgery and have degenerative discs in C3 through C6, been told I need fusion surgery. Maybe not now, the chair is MAGIC!!!

The chair is good except it is not for a smaller body size. This chair is designing for larger person only and not for smaller person. When a small person using it is not benefit them because the massage pad is not doing anything to them due to it hardly touch them.

We want to share our very positive experience with regards to Lisa Miragliotta getting involved in our delivery of our Infinity Massage chair. After an exceedingly continual bad experience with the sales agent from Mattress Firm with whom we purchased the chair, Lisa stepped in and quite literally saved the purchase and turned a bad situation into a positive one. It was her genuine concern, professionalism and great follow through that we got our chair and now have been enjoying it for close to a month. She is truly a shinning example of what superior customer service should be. Thank you Lisa!

Food and hand massage very good , the s massage is not good. The back massage is week.

I purchased my Infinity massage chair at a recent trade show in Las Vegas. First of all I couldn鈥檛 be more pleased with the excellent product quality and operation of the chair. Also, the customer service received from the various Infinity employees exceeded my expectations! From the Sales person who explained the chair features and operation, to Lisa in Customer Service who helped me during the shipping process, I felt like everyone really cared about helping in every way possible. Infinity and it鈥檚 employees are First Class!!

I am so happy with my chair, it has been a great investment in our health, not just a luxury. This is a commercial grade chair which gives me peace of mind that the quality with which it is built will bring years of help to my aging body as I am well into my late forties. You get what you pay for. Rick Gallant was tremendous in answering my questions and offering assistance at any time. I am thouroughly satisfied with this product and encourage any who struggle with muscle skeletal pain to do your research and look into this therapy chair. I bought it for my wife on our 20th anniversay 5 months ago and it has not yet lost it's wow factor.

I recently had a beautiful customer service experience with
Lisa Miragliotta. She is a very kind and knowledgeable,and promptly attended to my concern. She was in communication with me until my problem was resolved. I congratulate you company for having a caring person like Lisa Miragliotta.

This chair is overall pretty good but not exceptional. The 3 things I find unsatisfactory and 1 thing that could improve are as follows:

1. There is no hamstring/buttock massage. If I had been thinking clearly I would never have purchased this chair if I had noticed. I work out a lot and the hamstring/buttock massage absence is a huge let down
2. The foot rollers are way to rough, even with the pads in. The rollers should have been made with a softer material then hard plastic. You can adjust the speed of the rollers or turn them off but that will also turn off rollers in other parts of the chair. And If you turn the rollers off there is no foot massage. So this is very disappointing because my job I am on my feet all day and a foot massage is my favorite.
3. The pillow has neck airbags but they aren鈥檛 strong enough. I have considered due to my size though. I am very petite and I haven鈥檛 asked anyone else who has sat in the chair how the neck airbags feels.
And lastly, the need for improvement would be if the airbags could be inflated longer as an option. I love the airbags. They feel great but they inflate and deflate too quickly. You can adjust their intensity but not their inflate time.
So that鈥檚 my review. I love having the chair but in retrospect I would not have spent this much money on something that isn鈥檛 perfect.

This is the best chair I鈥檝e Ever sat in and I鈥檝e been in a lot of chairs. It seems like every place it touches on my body is perfect and intentional. I think my family and friends love it more than they love me LOL ?

This is the best chair I have ever sat in. I get a weekly full body massage, but after sitting in this chair for 20 minutes I was convinced to buy it. My husband and I NEVER buy large purchases like this from a show vendor; however, we were both convinced. Taking care of your body is so important and now we both can have access every day any time we need it. I can't wait for the chair to arrive.

I experienced the Genesis SE massage chair at the Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte, NC on Nov 21, 2019 at the Infinity Massage Chair exhibit booth. The Infinity representative answered all my questions and the purchase experience was smooth. Definitely add-on the white glove delivery due to size and weight of the chair.
The chair arrived on Dec 11, 2019. The delivery service had called a few days in advance to schedule delivery. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes carrying the cardboard and pallet with them.
Unfortunately, the chair did not fit through the door to my home office where I had planned to have it assembled. That was my mistake. I ended up swapping locations with the recliner in my living room. The outside entryways to my home are 36 inches but inside rooms with doors are 29 inches. There may be a project down the road to put in a larger door to my home office.
Online warranty registration was seamless.
Chair is working perfectly with both the handheld remote and the Genesis SE app on my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.

Our sales representative was awesome. He answered every single question we had. He showed us quite a few features of the chair. I don鈥檛 believe we would have time to see all the features, as to, there are so many! He had such a great sense of humor as well. Our experience with him was just fantastic!!!! We haven鈥檛 received our chair as of yet. I do believe it will be amazing!!!

Awesome chair. It is helping with range of motion and my fibromyalgia. I used to have to kneel to pick up things from the floor or be in pain bending. I no longer have to kneel unless I want to. I can't wait to see long term results. I have only had the chair a couple months. Thanks

This chair is so wonderful! So many features to accommodate whatever your relaxation needs or pain relief needs are. I suffer from joint pain and the chair did a great job in calming tight muscles which relieved tension in my joints. I love this chair!

The best massage chair I have ever used. Quality throughout.
