Very bad. Very very bad. Company doesn't care about their employees. Even in this Corona pandemic, they compulsory called their employees. Even if company's employees have Corona, they compulsory called their all employees. Project Manager is also rude and bad. I have never seen such a rude attitude towards their employees. Doesn't have humanity.

I had worst experience while shopping with infibeam. I have ordered strotium 16gb microsd card. I recieved courier. The courier was packed properly but as soon as I opened the packet was already opened and there was no memory card in it. I have complained 3 times but they are not accepting their fault and I loss my money.

Infibeam is cheating customers. Placed order to buy Pioneer Car audio and promised to delivered in one week time. After one week I was told that it was already despatched and it was on the way. Since it was not delivered in 2 weeks, I contacted them. I was told that the address was not accessible and item returned to origin. requested me for alternative address. it is ridiculous. the address I gave is not a village or remote area for their claiming. it is Karaikudi, district HQ in Tamilnadu. Also, popular hospital in Tamilnadu and mentioned that near bus stand. Everybody knows once reaching Karaikudi and all courier services are being operational entire karaikudi.
It is literally bluffing and there is some fishy reason behind. we are placing order to get the item at the door, how come expect to give alternative address. That's why I told them if you could not deliver this address you can not deliver anywhere in India and asked them to cancel. almost 4 weeks, the money (around 24000) is with them.

Bogus. Dont ever buy. I bought a laptop , paid in full and they kept my money for 17 days ,returned it on day 22 with a pathetic response. Sir item stock nahi aaya. Refurbished hai hamara paas. 2 hazar discount milega. In this customer centric world , this is damn pathetic. Keeping my money all these days ,and with out an apology, What to say.

I had purchased Bosch washer dryer no.WVG 30460 In last year. For 1yr it didn't give any problem, now problems started & Bosch company has still not solved the problem since 2 months. Never by any expensive items from infibeam. Getting services as a boredum.

I ordered a book from infibeam and I have to say that they have the best quality available and it as before time. My delivery was for 1 September but it can on 30 August and I'm say I'm really thankful for the book at such a cheap price and great quality!

Such a bad experience with Infibeam.
I ordered Rakhi for my brother on July 29.. since rakhi was on 7th August.
From past 7 days delivery status says 'In Transit'.What does that mean?Customer service is horrible. They don't know where product is…every time they say the same what I can see 'In transit'. Does it really take 10 days to deliver a product?
I will never use Infibeam again and will suggest others to be careful.

I Order one pair of rechargeable battery. immideately I called them to cancel the order as I found some issue with what I order. So I resquested them to cancel order. They were just Rude in cancelling the order. Even their supervisor was just too rude.
They have no process to tell when I will get my money back. ITS A SCAM..!! NEVER BUY..!!

As per policies i have registered a request within first 72 hours and its been 15 days there is no proper response and trying to manipulate. Even their policies being changed on every days. Recently 15 days back ( oct 1 st ) I placed a non-cod order in infibeam . after 2 hours I got order confirmation email . while placing the order ( its shows max order estimate delivery date oct 8th ) . since now ( oct 15th ) I didn't receive the order .
daily I contact infibeam customer care through email and call . he simply says pls wait . . . wait. . 2 more days .

Please beware of this site…INFIBEAM
I purchased Philips earphone from INFIBEAM and seller(MAA Bhagwati Telecom) send the duplicate chinese 50 rs earphone. when i complained the same then after CBI enquiry(15 days) they refunded my amount and in between i put the reviews on their website about the product and seller that they never posted.
SO my observations are
1. That seller MAABHAGWATITELECOM is still selling item
2. Reviews that customer see on their site has been put by the INFIbeam only.
3. Negative reviews never get posted on the page.
4. Their is pact between seller and infibeam to sell duplicate product and out of 100 orders 90 don't even know how to check originality of product gets cheated and if some 10 people come back with duplicacy then they refund that amount and get away with 90 frauds by just paying for 10.
5. Still this seller is listed on the website for the same product.
Please visit below link.
Its a nightmare to deal with these cheats and google for the reviews about INFIbeam.

Ordered few items with Infibeam in the past. On two occasions, they have messed up the order and have taken a long time to correct the wrong. The customer services come up with non-personalised and template based answers to your long and specific emails.
Next to zero customer service and useless website. Avoid!!

Please don't use this site if you want to buy anything,use another site if the price is low as compared with another.Normally other sites takes 3 days or 4 days maximum to deliver in my location but this crap site is taking 7 – 8 days.I will never suggest this site for any one.I have booked one cellphone and tempered glass for that.They started to ship the cellphone but the tempered glass status were showing as- it is still processing.I called them every day after the shipping of first item and asked them "are you sure will the product be shipped"? They said sorry sir there is some technical issue but it will surely come. But when i called on the 3rd day they are saying that we cannot ship that because the product is out of stock.I said that your site have very bad reviews every were, i got that they dont have any guilty for that and they don't have any obligation to there customers.and there customer care is not toll free you will get ma when you see the call charges.The crap online store in India

Never buy any product on infi beam. Service is very bad. After 18 days also i have not got product. The gati courier which is used by infibeam is very bad, even after product reaached to city. They have not delivered after 10 days it has reached the product in my city. In future even i don't think to buy product from infibeam.

I ordered a Sony home theatre via infibeam and paid full amount at the time of order. The product information had 2-3 days for shipping. It's been almost 4 days now and I can see my order has not even gone to processing stage. When I called up customer care , I was made to wait 15 mins in queue just to hear the customer care rep saying that product is delayed because of holidays. I can understand if the courier company delays because of holiday but I fail to understand what stopped infibeam from shipping the product. Also to my shock I came to know that 2-3 days shipping means , the product will be shipped in 3 days but no guarantee when it will reach the customer. Please guys stay away from infobeam. Instead order products via Amazon.

I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam.
Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. There is no option available in the online portal for cancellation of the order.

I have purchased a power bank. It had scratches on it. I contacted them. told me to send pictures. Than they sent courier person to pick up after almost 10 days. Still its been one month, I have not received my refund. When I contact them, they are telling quality check passed, will contact me after one day. Still counting time, when they will call me and refund me my money. I have also emailed them about 4-5 times regarding getting update. But no answer. They are so cheap.

Not received the delivery of my ordered product, its been 1 month now. Would not recommend anyone to ever order form INFIBEAM, its a total waste of your time, money & energy. I have been following up with Infibeam customer service on mails/calls every single day(literally) but no output. There is no way of next level escalations as well. Hence never order from them

My order no is : 17566491, i give order on 25th dec 2015 and still i am waiting for my product.. when ever i am calling on customer care they said me they don't have product right now..
At a time of ordering they told me they will deliver the product in 21 days.
I really very much dissapointed with infibeam service and 100% not satisfied with first dealing i had with them. I wont suggest infibeam to anyone to purchase anything.

This is regarding the product Order Id 26999483,
i would like to discuss some issues happened with INFIBEAM customer care executives. I requested for Product Return as i received the order in manufacture defect, Its totally not working. Received faulty non working product. i received call from customer care executive on 18th december night 7pm.
They advised me to take the product to PHILIPS service centre and to inspect the product. I took the product Philips DSP470U to Philips service centre salem, they inspected and told me its manufacture defect and to be returned to infibeam as soon as possible. Immediately i called customer care and informed the same but again infibeam people are forced me to handover the product to Philips service center and ask for replacement. But service centre people told me it will take minimum 15 days to 1 month for replacement. but i am still confused as infibeam people are sending faulty product to me, then why should i approach Philips service centre for replacement. As i am very much strong in my position that NOW I DON'T WANT ANY REPLACEMENT I NEED MY MONEY BACK. REFUND ONLY I NEED.
I received the product on 16th December 2015 1 pm and as soon as i opened the product and found it is not working, i sent email regarding refund the same day. Me also a customer of FLIPKART and AMAZON too they normally pickup return packages from my door step within two days of complaining. But infibeam people are too lazy and no proper response from your side regarding product return. customer care people are delaying . Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
