Great product. Solid construction. We had issues with the a part missing treads and the ePulse motor. After a few days/emails they expedited a replacement kit. Great service.

It would be nice to have access to customer service via chat of phone though… communicating by email is a little too slow… in some cases you have to wait a day for a reply.

Would still highly recommend.

we have infento about half a year and consider it one of the best purchase for our son. Infento idea is just great! buying this product u r getting quite a few benefits such as:
1)saving money on buying new scooters, bicycles, riding cars ect;
2)saving free space at home as infento is super compact;
3) enjoying the process of creating new ride together with your kid;
4) great quality of materials and clear step-by-step instructions
5) eco friendly as same parts could be used for numerous rides

highly recommended for all those parents who always ready to find time for their kids no matter how busy schedules they have as true happiness is coming not from buying new toys constantly but from the time u enjoy with your kids making things together.

Amazing product

I bought the smart kit for my 9 year old twin daughters鈥?birthday. We had a very fun time building the twister G2. The only thing that was better was seeing them use it around the cul de sac. Even my wife and I got a turn. We look forward to the next machine we will build.

Top of the line build quality, parts will last a very long time. Both of my kids are excited to get their hands on the Tornado we built together. To be honest I鈥檓 more excited than my kids, staying up late finishing building after kids go to sleep. Will defiantly buy add on kits.

We recently purchased the Legend kit for our 9 year old, it was a surprise gift for her, so Imagine her surprise when she realized that she could build 39 different motorized rides, not to mention the un motorized rides. She decided that she wanted to build a go-cart, so she along with her Mama and her Papa went to work building a go-cart, after spending 8 hours over 3 days building and ooohing and aaahing over the quality of the parts and the design, we had a cart. The joy on her face when she rode it for the first time was worth. We ran into an issue with the battery and after talking to the customer service, we were promptly sent a replacement battery. Fantastic customer service to support a fantastic product.

I think this is a wonderful product. We purchased the Legend(R) kit. Our first project so far was the go-kart. Unfortunately, we were missing several items:
* 2 wheel lock rings.and
* 4 Belt Shield Nylon Rings. and two hardware bags:
* Gen 3/4 hardware bag
* Gen 4/4 hardware bag
The go-kart could not be completed. I could replace some of the parts by going to a hardware store, But 4 Belt shield Nylon rings are made only by Infento. An exposed belt is a safety concern, so the 4 belt shield nylon rings are critical. We are still awaiting the delivery of the 4 Belt Shield Nylon Rings and the 2 wheel lock rings. I hope they will arrive soon.

Update 10-13-2020: The missing parts have arrived and my son and I were able to successfully complete the go-kart. He loves it! And so do his friends. You may be getting more orders soon.

Ordered the Genius Kit, confirmed payment and got an order confirmation. The delivery date has passed with no delivery, I have called and emailed Per their website and had no response what so ever to provide an update. Customer service is non existent, they have taken payment and I have no kit or even a response to an email…………… Now I have to find another present for my sons birthday and don鈥檛 have the funds to do so.

Excellent well made product that will last, although my son is still quite young to get the most out of this product I have a good feeling once he is old enough he will get alot out of this product for years to come. The customer care is excellent and any issues or queries I'm certain would be dealt with promptly.

I received 2 boxes with 2 identical explorer kits and not the smart kit i ordered.

Great product!!!
Order took a little bit to get delivered (I blame COVID), but when arrived, everything was packed well.
Boxes are pretty well organized!
Had lots of fun with my kid building a ride… since then, we already got it electrical and he absolutely loves it!!
As an advice, if you can, go for the e-pulse package, as it brings additional fun.
This is really a "lego for grown-ups" product, as the possibilities of building new rides are only limited by ones imagination.

We are amazed so far. Bought for a 13mo and the 1st ride was a total success. Arrive within 4 days, easy to assemble though it took way more time than advertise.

We are a household that worships Lego, but Infento is a game changer. A great product and excellent finish on each component. But the best part the kids love it. H who is 12 built the Dash in 3hrs and is now drifting around the house.

Since I became aware of the brand infento, I liked the idea of being able to build rides with my son.
I had many expectations with the product, but they went far beyond.
