INF Visitor Care & KV Rao Insurance

So good so far… I bought this plan a couple months back at the behest of my wife for her parents. Typically we go with a cheaper option but i was recommended on visitors coverage for INF Elite. We live in a snowy area in Indiana and my father in law slipped on the ice a few weeks back.

Took him to the Er, was completely cashless. Just filled one claim form that Mandy helped me with. They also set up follow up appointments with the orthapedic.

i dont know if everyone gets this "white glove" service- but with everything going on it made my life much easier

It was very great experience over all. Spoke with Prakash he is very responsive, quick, prompt and detail oriented. He answered all the doubts/questions concerning with the current situation. Took a great plan with Inf a few months ago, the elite plan. I used it for my in laws visiting, my wifes dad has pre ex conditions he needs meds for and due to covid he ran out and had to get more. Previously we had another plan and he needed to resupply his medications and it was very costly. When we went with our Elite plan we were almost fully covered which is great. He was even covered for the most part of the doctor visit he needed to get his prescription. I can say they are the most modern up to date company by far.

I have had a few travelers come visit me and they array from all age groups. I can tell you that the most versatile and accommodating plans are with INF. They have coverages for all ages and cover covid if needed. They help cover cold medicine for children, to arthritis medicine for my mum when she visits. I have seen the extensive coverage from regular doctor visits to ER visit for when my niece broke her arm on the swings one summer. Every one of my friends and family members who travel use this company. They have the best plans and record so far from our experiences and I recommend them to anyone with loved ones who travel.

Great support for claims & medications… I used to use an insurance from India but when I had to file a claim they gave the hand. I got referred to INF from my temple, and I am very happy about it- in our times of need they always were patient and willing to talk to us. Alex & Prakash helped me get medication for my mom, and they always make good conversation.

For claims- even if something isn't covered- they still help you wit hthe bills. They don't just send you away, you can tell they really care..

After being with several different companies and trying them out, I must say INF is the best by far. They have very flexible coverage for all ages. INF also has very accommodating terms lengths especially for this time, I think I have used about 3 short term plans so far, for two week lengths as I don鈥檛 know when I will be able to travel again and they are so convenient. What is also convenient is the urgency the agents and this company have. I have received text email and calls regarding my plans making sure I am aware of the expiration date. The due diligence is beyond appreciated, I could not imagine being with another company.

The smoothest experience I have ever had, INF is a amazing company to its customers. I have been with them for a good time now and it was for shorter term plans, due to the uncertainties of traveling. Renewing my plans is as easy as it can be, they send notifications to you prior to the expiration dates and you can renew easily online. I got my quotes through email which you can also use to contact them. Calling is no problem either they have great agents who respond quickly. I was able to get my plans active and got my information on their portal website right away. I used it to get medicine for my mom in no time. I don鈥檛 know where we would be without them. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling or their family.

INF is the best company there is is for visitor insurance. I used a few before and they would not cover minor things like colds and fevers because of whatever reasons. When i switched i could not believe the coverage i got for the amazing cost. Not to mention its extensiveness which is great, I was on vacation and got a bug where i needed to go to the doctor and get antibiotics which is not cheap. To my surprise I was taken care of by my plan which was a great relief. They have the most reliable customer service you can always contact them whether it be by phone call, email, or text. They also have great wait times which is a plus.

INF is easily the best insurance for visitors in the US. I was having the hardest time trying to get coverage for COVID-19 being a visitor in the states. The previous provider I had was not covering this new virus. I was able to get in contact with INF and spoke to a helpful agent Prakash who was able to inform me of the plan I needed to cover this new virus. I wanted to be assured I was covered and out of precaution I needed to confirm with someone to do this. Prakash informed me that they do cover the coronavirus if newly contracted and that I can get coverage even though I am already in the states. INF is a great a great provider for anyone who visits the US. INF provides clear and concise information on the plans they provide and especially peace of mind in these troubling times since they are apparently the only visitor insurance covering this that I found so far.

I have been using INF plans for years and they are the best company I have ever used for my trips. I frequently travel for work to the US and need flexible coverage due to my constant transitions between countries. After this epidemic happened, I was forced to reside in the US temporarily to keep things afloat. As this was a unforeseen crisis I wasn鈥檛 prepared and my plan was expiring soon and I was staying longer, but, because of INF鈥檚 quick responses and their system of letting you know before your expiration date through various channels I was able to renew my plan in no time and even upgrade. I have a I like to believe is a personal account manager Greg who always takes care of me in timely fashion due to my hectic schedule. So, when I say flexible, I dont just mean the plans and coverage, Im referring to their accommodations for their customers as well. They are number one in Travelers Insurance and have been for a while!!!!!

INF Offers peace of Mind with my travel to USA. I have been traveling to USA for the past few years to spend time with my grand children. As I get older, I am worried about my health and cost of health care in the USA compared to Chennai, India. With my age (73) and I am in good health with usual BP and sugar controlled with local medicines and regular checkups with my doctor. I started researching for a good plan almost one month before my travel and found various web sites. INF Visitor Health Insurance (previously kvrao.org, which I used to take from in the past) looks like have a good plan cover. I narrowed the list to two plans – INF Advantage and INF Elite, they both look similar but premiums were different. I called on whatsapp and spoke to prakash and another gentleman. They both explained the differences, pros and cons of these plans. At the end, I decided to go with INF Advantage program as my situation is under control and do not expect minor problems. Of course, teledoc program is available that I could use for minor issues and acute onset pre-ex, thought would be enough for my situation. Though I did not health any health related problems, I slipped and fall in the highly smooth bathroom with my wet feet. This accident required hospital stay and a minor surgery to fix my hand on which I landed. The insurance folks paid 80% after reducing my bill and I have to just pay few hundred dollars. I like the way they settled the claims quickly and appreciate INF staff for their patience with my numerous calls on coverage and my worry of payment of claims. At the end, I recovered fully and could travel back as scheduled. The only cons I see in the plan is the cost. It cost a bit higher but deliver results as promised in the policy. I highly tell my friend circle to buy good plan than burden children with medical bills.

My world for me and my family the last 3 years have been filled of a lot of planes, trains and automobiles. With this hectic travel schedule comes responsibilities, specially for my wife's parents. They say knowledge is power, and in this topic I got none. LOL However in my line of work I also learned by experience that "applied knowledge" is the true power. After alot of self research and questions answered by Greg i was convinced! He did great, and guided me to sell myself on this very important service for my family. Two Thumbs Up!

Referred by my neighbor, they couldn't of better picked an organization like INF Health Plans to back me and my family up. I also have to admit my lack of knowledge on this very important service. Jason went through the list of plans with precise details and helped me select the Premier Plan which covered the claim during this 2019 Visit.

The INF Advantage plan was totally an advantage during my family's last visit to the US. My Mom got an unexpected leg infection out of seriously nowhere and she needed the pro care, and proper coverage to solve this annoying issue. Well mission accomplished as the INF team went to bat for us and hit a homerun with our claim.

Dad had a rough vaca the last time around with a ruptured coronary artery. $130,000 !!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily with the Advantage Plan, we paid only $8,000 of that. Glad I didn't overlook getting Visitors Insurance, or underestimate INF in this time of need.

I would highly advise. Piece of mind is well worth this price!

Got a policy for 6 months for my parents. The team on staff took care of my family's US stay very smoothly. We used the Dental and newTelaDoc features too! There stay got unfortunately cut short by two months. Even though we weren't eligible for the refund, they honestly earned my trust to happily pay for there service too

Can't thank INF enough, with this visitor's insurance company. Gave them a shot after a rough experience last year with another group that I'd rather not mention, but just glad things all worked out. Had a claim for an Rx antibiotic after an accident for my Mom, and INF got me PIF! Add professionalism to this list and I have to admit, you have a customer for life. Thank You, thank you!

North America (USA & Canada) this is best health insurance for over 75 years old. USA & Canada healthcare is very costly approximately $10,000 per day hospitalisation. Pre-existing conditions are covered. INS Insusrance is a non-profit making foundation. Thank you for making it possible to get coverage for elderly foreigners to visit the USA.

i had very disheartened with my experience using another insurance last time my parents came. Was recommended from a friend at work to look at INF. I really like their service- they always answer the chat, phone calls up to 11:30 pm, emails- the even gave their whatsapp so my parents can call during flight.

Previsouly used another company which harrassed me on claims because of "acute onset" WHICH DOES COVER ANYTHING…. I went with INF premier plan… My mom had some leg pain due to her hypertension. It was fully covered by the plan- her doctor visits and physical therapy. claims were easy… i paid nothing upfront.

I am happy to recommend INF to anyone looking for a quality plan…they offer the only coverage that works i think…

Mom only has mild diabetes but i did not want to take the risk. Ive heard many horror stories of parents getting sick and insurance not covering anything. I applied for inf elite plan, which gave good peace of mind. My mom had a tooth ache and i took her to the dentist and only paid like half price.

I would say it's worth the price
