My reference to the locking mechanism relates to the point at which the bracelet is attached to the watch. For the sake of good order, I am not referring to how tightly it is worn on the wrist. The bracelet attaches correctly to the watch on one side, but cannot attach itself on the other side, cf. the previously forwarded pictures.
On this particular Samsung watch, the bracelet is held in place by a locking mechanism and not by tension. The locking mechanism fits on one side, but not on the other side of the bracelet.

I bought one adapter from their webpage which had an obvious defect and cannot be used. I contacted them immediately about this issue, more than 7 days had passed, they still didn't give any solution. The only email I got from them was asking me to send them one video to show how this product cannot function and describe why. To be honest, nowadays I've never seen one online company had such inefficient return/refund policy. It seemed the process is going to take forever….
update: the email I sent to them with the title "How to return the product and get a refund" (yes, they don't have any return/refund policy shown on the website) and after they asked me to send the video twice (because they said my video is too large and they cannot open it), they sent me another email asking me "do you want us to send a new product or get a refund?". I was totally disappointed.
AGAIN, I think this refund procedure may take forever…
