You can see discounted prices and if you pay now we will ship on the same day you may see this message but don't fall for it, Quality of product is not so good, I have placed an order but didn't meet the expectations want to return and sent emails to support but no reply raised a couple of tickets still no reply and support phone number re-directs to voice email, I have sent mail three times but no response they will say will respond 1 to 2 working days but you will not get reply

This is a scam, going to report to Swedish police

This is 氓 fake company selling fake items. I will never recommend this company to another person.

Good that they answer mail and it seems that they try to help. But i don't like that they send rebate at 10% and when trying to use it, it never seems to work, i called them out on this, but nothing ever happened, even though i perched a few things. I won't be using this sight, for the fact that it seems they trying to lure people with a rebate that they never intend to uphold.

Very bad if you want to return anything. They do not offer any possibility to purchase a return label at a reasonable cost for international deliveries. So if you are in Denmark and want to return something to them ( Sweden) – you will have to pay quite a lot (40-50 eur) only to return it. And basically it cost more than an item itself. Will never ever use them again.

already 5 days and has not come yet says it's class one delivery to next work day but apparently not feel like i got scammed but im happy to change my mind if it arrives this week

Thank you very much for your message.

My reference to the locking mechanism relates to the point at which the bracelet is attached to the watch. For the sake of good order, I am not referring to how tightly it is worn on the wrist. The bracelet attaches correctly to the watch on one side, but cannot attach itself on the other side, cf. the previously forwarded pictures.

On this particular Samsung watch, the bracelet is held in place by a locking mechanism and not by tension. The locking mechanism fits on one side, but not on the other side of the bracelet.

Product does not work and support is slog and suggest you to do more work to try to get it to work. Even if they have completely misunderstood the problem. No support in the language you bought the product in. Waste of Money and time.

product received is faulty and could not work even after following the instructions to connect, manage to send it back after contacting to customer care but refund is not received so far, waiting for refund, not satisfied with product and also delay in refund process

I bought one adapter from their webpage which had an obvious defect and cannot be used. I contacted them immediately about this issue, more than 7 days had passed, they still didn't give any solution. The only email I got from them was asking me to send them one video to show how this product cannot function and describe why. To be honest, nowadays I've never seen one online company had such inefficient return/refund policy. It seemed the process is going to take forever….

update: the email I sent to them with the title "How to return the product and get a refund" (yes, they don't have any return/refund policy shown on the website) and after they asked me to send the video twice (because they said my video is too large and they cannot open it), they sent me another email asking me "do you want us to send a new product or get a refund?". I was totally disappointed.

AGAIN, I think this refund procedure may take forever…

Bought as wifi switch for, what I thought working with google home, but not working and its working very good with the Smart Life app for IOS.

They even write it can be working with google home. Thats not true for this model.

And very slow to answer on the mail I resent back to them
