Am so angry off I can't believe in this day and age company's can be so bad, I ordered my cream one month ago after 2 weeks I sent an email to ask where my order is with no reply but an email sent saying my item is being prepared up to now it's still saying the same thing I have sent several emails with no answer, it actually is the worse customer experience I have ever had, they have not emailed to say if the item is not in stock there's just no contact at all, but they have the cheek to hold on to my money, am so mad I didn't read the reviews before but I have ordered from abroad many times, further places than Brussels and have had no problem. If these people think they are getting away with this they are wrong forget the cream and give me my money back

I have made an order on D-Pharma on the 23rd of July. To this date I haven't received my parcel at home. Since August 6th, I have received the tracking number with a status saying "in preparation with the sender" but the sender, D-Pharma, does not answer the phone (and I call many times, every day), does not answer the messages (one on the website, and the other on Facebook). I am trying my best to reach out to them but nobody answer, my impression is that this is a scam. How come we have such a poor client service and a such a slow delivery time in 2017? I went to this website in hope to get a creme that could help me but apparently all that matters is to take advantage of people. Needless to say, they took the payment straight away.

After purchasing an item I tried to get in touch with the merchant to enquire about a dispatch date. In total, 4 messages were completely ignored, including my demand for a refund, the telephone was not answered either. I subsequently disputed the payment with the payment provider HiPay (which turned out to be a challenge in its own right), meanwhile the status of my purchased item in my account with D-Pharma changed to something like "on its way to be delivered" 鈥?without any communication whatsoever. After further enquiries with the payment provider, my money was refunded 7 days later. This would not have happened had the item really been dispatched. So this status change was actually a lie.
Absolutely not recommendable and I will certainly never again try to purchase something from this company.

D-Pharma.eu company Is so disappointing. I ordered an item 30th June and was it posted to me 2 weeks later. the item was undelivered to the address I used in UK and was returned to the company. I have sent 4 emails to this company and no customer service replied. I also rang and nobody picks up the phone.

Still waiting for my cream, been over two weeks since they said it was despatched. Have emailed so many times but no reply, no one answers the phone either. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.

This looks like a Con Company! STAY AWAY

Still waiting after already 2 months. And it was not a preorder.

They can not even find my order any more. Want me to give my bankaccount (I don't think so), want me to go to brussels???

Ordered my face creams two months ago still waiting for them to be delivered.

I am still waiting for items. Shopping has been made 19 of February.

you mentioned I have been dishonest in my review below!!! I have email attachments that prove your company informing me I will receive my products by the first week of March and that it is has been dispatched!!!!! Do not accuse me of being dishonest when I have proof of your company telling me my products have been dispatched and that I would receive it 1st week of March. Its absolutely ridiculous that I have payed for postage and the money for my order has been taken! So your now telling me that my products still havnt been dispatched?!?!?!? and in your email you have said it has. RIDICULOUS.

I placed my order on 2nd Feb and have still not received it, the payment has gone through. I have sent numerous messages via email and website but had no response. I await contact from D-Pharma.

I think TrustPilot has jumped the gun in asking about my experience with this supplier since the item has not yet arrived, and if anything this has lowered my opinion of the supplier and TrustPilot.

Package shipped very quickly considering it was a standard delivery. D-pharma kept in contact to let me know when my product was on the way and also informed me I could track the progress. Very professional service. I've already recommended them to a friend of mine who has now made her purchase.

I needed a preparation for one of my patients which is hard to obtain in the UK. I registered with D-Pharma and, while it was out of stock at that time, they emailed me when it was available and I completed my order. The goods arrived today in good time and in perfect condition. I will use D-Pharma again.

i bought 2 set of pigmanorm creme in date 23/04/2014 and today 5/5/14 i haven't receveid the product that i bought and i haven't receveid the link to track the delivery progress of my package.

I really like it. Good price, simple ordering and really fast delivery as it came to Lithuania after about one week. Recommend!
