I purchased a Music Production VSTi Plugin Synth called "The Lab" from this company online. The product did not work or install properly so I immediately reported it and asked for a refund. That was 3 months ago. Still no refund, an expired "customer support ticket" and generally shocking customer service. I just want my money back š Also their customer service/aftercare seems to be dealt with by digitkitz.net who are equally unhelpful.
