Wish i had researched this company before i placed my order. I have had the same experience as all of you. I needed a piece of equipment for a government job so placed my order on the 13 of may said that it be here by the end of the week. 3 weeks later i still have yet to receive item. Tracking number no longer exists and getting in contact with someone at the company is impossible. Got no response from emails and they were not answering their phones. Using COVID 19 as an excuse for p*** poor customer service is inexcusable. I order the same item through another company and received it the very next day. This company should not be in business

Ordered a product listed on the site.
Was charged immediately did not not from the company for over a week.
Kept checking the site all it would say order pending.
Called and spoke with customer rep. was told that they did not know why it was hung up as pending. They were ready to ship same day and would expedite.
Got notice order changed to status pending shipping.
After no change in status and no tracking number called again to be told that they are ready to ship and that it is being drop shipped from manufacturer.
Don't know which rep was lying but somebody definitely was.
So got tired of the runaround and cancelled the order just to get status changed to pending order cancelation.
So no product and no money just more pending status.
This is just a shameful scam.
Buyer beware do your business elsewhere.

I bout 4 3m half face mask only 1 came with the filters .there also are price gauging they charged me $50.00 for each mask there talking advantage of the covid 19 pandemic. There are a money hungry deceiving company .some of the packages were open when I received them maybe there selling used products.

I purchased an item here and immediately after placing the order, I realized that I had ordered the incorrect model number.

I immediately sent a cancellation request for the order via site message and also sent an email requesting cancellation to the customer service email—-NO RESPONSE

Followed up the next day and the day after—-NO RESPONSE

Day 4, received an auto message that my order had shipped. I sent ANOTHER message to cancel and not ship—-NO RESPONSE

A few days later, the order arrived. I messaged and requested a return label and refund, guess what—-NO RESPONSE

Followed up the next day requesting a response in the next 24 hours or I would file a dispute with the credit card company—-NO RESPONSE

Now almost a month later, the credit card company closed the claim in favor of ISP because they showed delivery proof and no return.

Horrible business practices. Please avoid.

I will be posting this to all review channels to deter potential future customers from experiencing what I did.

This company is a total SCAM. They intentionally put misleading information online, get customers money but not sending the proper product. When you try to contact them they don鈥檛 pick up phone calls or reply to emails. Stay away from them.

Very good! It took an extra day but since it is a 3M mask to protect against the Corona Virus I'm delighted I received it at all! I will certainly shop with you again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They misrepresented a product on their website. The description said box of 10 masks, I selected four, expecting to receive 4 boxes. I received 4 masks for $79.99. Right after I placed the order and before it shipped, I tried several times to call/email customer service to make sure the order was for 4 boxes and not 4 mask, (saying to cancel the order if it was $20 a mask) and did not receive a response. The only email I received the next day after the order was that it shipped.
They are price gouging in this time of crisis and lack of supply for people with needs. The normal price for a box of is $15 They are not an ethical company.

BEWARE OF THERE BUSINESS AND THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.
AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
