Not returning my call and emails for product return

I am the resident Manager on the Resort/condominium that I worked. A man called me and said that that the resort I'm working (he named the resort, "Halekai") has an account with them and the resort wanted us to try their product. He went on to mention 3 product which I can choose from. I chose the Sewer cleaner to try cause we've had clogging issues. And he said he wanted us to try their product and after that, we will let them know what is the result after product trial. So I chose the Sewer Cleaner product in the smallest amount/ container that they have. he mentioned the price of $222.25 for the smallest container they can sell so I agreed to it. He never disclosed any shipping & handling cost they would charge us. Then A certain Butch Reed left me a phone message calling with the phone no. 1-631-392-4394 to call him on the no 1-800-827-0869 for a product delivery. I called him and told him that I am canceling my order but he said I can not cancel my order and insist on sending the product. A product was delivered to us in a container without the label and I am afraid to open. The invoice came via email and the company is charging us for $110.21 on top of the product cost as shipping and Handling fee which was not disclosed during our conversation. the company representative should have disclosed this and then I would never have made such order because of the expensive shipping & handling fee. The representative tricked me in the first place our resort does not have an account with them and second, he didn't disclose the shipping and handling cost. when I tried to call the contact No. listed on the invoice 800-827-0869 its rings and someone will pick up but no one will talk to me. I send an email to [email聽protected] but it's not going through if it went through because it's no longer in my outbox I haven't gotten any. I was scammed.
