This company owns loads of website like this. They all look and operate the same way – you'll order something at a cheap price, receive a broken water bottle or pen or something nominal. When complaining they will offer a partial refund straight away, but if you want a full refund you will be asked to ship the broken product (which you are unlikely to have kept) back to China at "great expense and difficulty" (their words not mine).

If you see the contact email of "service @ timivirginia . shop" on any website – avoid it at all costs!
