Ordered the Suction Cup Dog Tug Toy over a month and a half ago. Every time I tracked the order it said it was at a USPS store in another state for that whole month and a half. I have reached out to costumer service multiple times and have yet to hear back. I did, however, finally receive the toy today (the wrong color, but still got the toy). The Suction Cup Dog Toy does NOT suction to the floor like it is supposed to. Not only did I waste my money on this toy, but I also wasted my time and now my dog can't even appreciate the toy.

It's been more than 2 months and I didn't received my order yet. The USPS tracking number that they provided me state that the order is still in their facility. I don't know how many emails I send them and they never reply back. They don't have any phone numbers or customer service department. This is a lesson to 1st look in the BBB website before make a purchase with a company. Dont let IndigoPetco.com steal your money.

As you can see with most of the other reviews, this company is a scam. You pay them money, but you will not ever receive your items. They don't even have a phone number and don't reply to emails. They also block you Instagram if you try to communicate that way. Do not purchase from them.

I was very excited about my order that I had placed with this company. I was given a 15% discount at check out. and my order was o the way. It took a week for it to be delivered. I get my order and to see that 1 I order 2 pieces from the company. I got only 1 item and it was the wrong item and of course, i am missing my 2nd item. There is no phone number to speak to customer service and their policy is NO REFUNDS exchanges will have to take place 7 days from receiving. I have been emailing this company for 3 days now. No one is replying to any of my emails. Im glad that I only spend $30.00 that I won't miss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fake business, stay away!! I placed an order over a month ago and never received shipping notification. I emailed multiple times and never received a response. This business do not exist.

I placed an order back in April. I didn't receive my order until a month later. Then, my order was incorrect and I've attempted multiple times to contact this company with no response. It has been a month since I "received my order" and I have yet to hear back. There is no phone number to reach out to for customer service either. 10/10 don't recommend doing business with them even though they actually have nice products.

Never got my order, they've ignored my refund requests. 1 star would be stretching it, considering I need to be dissatisfied with the product I received to be able to give it a single star rating. 0/5 would be more accurate considering I never got my product and was ignored even after trying to get in touch multiple times. Complained on their social media page which resulted in them blocking me instead of resolving the issue and actually sending me what I paid for. Of course there was no refund either. Absolutely avoid

Ordered their suction cup toy. Supposed to last and be durable. In under 48hrs, my 4mo old puppy destroyed it. The suction never worked. The rope was easily frayed. I wrote customer service through their website, twice. No response. I wrote their gmail account, twice. No response. I wrote their Instagram page 3 times. No response. Biggest waste of money. Please so not purchase from this company who refuses proper customer service care. I'll be contacting the BBB for further investigation.

Worst experience of my life. For the first time i ordered online. I made a paypal account JUST to order a costume from them back in the beginning of October! I paid for fast shipping so my order could guaranteed be delivered before Halloween. I ordered a large costume for my dog. Weeks n weeks went by I asked them a lil before a week on email like what's going on, (btw) I should of known it was sketchy they have no phone number to contact them. Anyway they replied quite fast saying your product will be guaranteed delivered before Halloween' I said okay. Closer and closer Halloween came, I was still emailing them, they stopped answering after the first email they replied to me. I live in Canada so the costume alone plus extra shipping came to about over 60$. I received the costume weeks after Halloween. Pay Pal was no help ( I do not recommend using it) and indigo pet i is a legit scam. I should of read the reviews before I bought. Not just me out of $$ that spent towards this bs company. Very unprofessional they need to be shut down. Majority of their reviews are bad! Save your money ppl or give it to a legitimate website you're more familiar with

I bought this toy after looking at the Instagram advertisements and first off, it wouldnt stick to any of our floors. Secondly, my dog tore it apart aftter 10 minutes. This company does NOT offer refunds or returns. Why purchase from some place as shady as this? They sink a ton of money into advertising to lure unsuspecting consumers. Just look at the countless other poor reviews.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The shipping was awful. Took 30 days. The toys are cheap. Suction doesn鈥檛 even stay on the floor. Rope was so tiny and not even the color I ordered. Do not buy. This company is shady. I wrote comments on their Instagram and they delete them and then block me instead of trying to make things right.

SCAM !!!!!!! I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND ASKED HOW TO RETURN IT, THEY EMAILED ME BACK INFO, I SENT IT BACK, AND NEVER GOT MY REFUND AND THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible!!! Ordered the suction cup dog toy and the delivery was on point. I tried suctioning the toy to the floor(vinyl) it wouldn't stick, I stuck it to wall and it came off with a slight pull and I stuck it to counter and it stuck better but I could pull right off and I am much weaker than my dog. Some reviews say best is to attach to a glass door and that's just crazy to me! I have a 65lb dog that would possibly pull the glass down so I wouldn't even attempt that. I realize that there are no returns or refunds but a response is great. Either way I am not satisfied and item is not as described. I have sent them 7 emails in past two weeks and no response. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased the suction cup tug of war toy for my dog after seeing all of their ads on Instagram. I was really excited for him to use it, but the suction didn't hold and the rope started fraying immediately. I tried reaching out to the company using any means possible on numerous occasions but never received a single response. It appears that there is no return policy or customer service. The toy was expensive but cheaply made. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I placed an order for 2 toys on Dec 11th and have yet to receive my purchase. The charge has cleared my credit card no problem. I've sent multiple emails, posted on FB, and reached out on Twitter… crickets. Not a single response.

I鈥檓 going to be one of those 鈥渨ish I could give zero stars鈥?people. I ordered two of their toys advertised on social media. I only received one. Over 4 weeks now of writing them emails (the ONLY way to contact them) and I鈥檝e received not a SINGLE reply, no second item, and no refund. They ABSOLUTELY couldn鈥檛 give a single &@#% about customers.

Horrible horrible company. Learned my lesson. Received two items I ordered way to late ( about a month to receive) once I got them I did not need the outfits anymore as they were Halloween costumes and I bought from a different store so I would have in time. They were unopened and I shipped them back. Took about a month to get them to refund me. Multiple emails and never had a response. Finally I got a response saying they put the refund through. I checked my credit card statement and I only recieved credit for one outfit not for the other one I returned. Asked for credit for the second one and no response. Thank you for steeling my money indigo petco. Terrible customer service and upsetting over such a small item they will not refund me as I sent them their products back. Stay away- not worth your time .
