Worst company ever 馃憥馃徎 I booked a flight and it got canceled due to Covid-19 and they refused to refund me except a credit shell which I will never use because I am not from india

I booked the airlines from Visakhapatnam to hyderabad(indigo) and hyderabad to hongkong(cathay pacific) connectivity flight ,before booking the ticket I cal to customer care and asked about the baggage allowance,They said in the phone conversation 30kg baggage and 7kg is allowed for the entire trip,once I went for checkin bag they did not allow me 30Kg and they said they will allow only 15kg and asked me to pay extra baggage of 4500 rupees and I was shocked when I do the checkin because of emergency travel connectivity flight to catch is international flight, I payed 4500 rupees and they allow me to checkin,Please these airlines customer care is very bad they will give wrong information and ourself need to struggle EOD,I suggest please dont book this airlines any more.

Good airline, very responsive on facebook and twitter, resolved my issues quickly.

Flew from Istanbul to New Delhi but My bag didn't reach the destination. Was promised it would be delivered the next Day, but have been waiting 4 days now and No news from IndiGo. Despite several calls to them no info about my bags where abouts is available. Wouldnt recommend this airline in a million years.

It's punctual, it's clean, members of staff are friendly, the aesthetics are beautiful

Same professionalism and quality as the bigger airlines.
