Terrible quality, awful synthetic products and not to size…do not buy from this company…return costs vast as originate in China. This company is a total scam and their customer service is appalling!

Indiefit aka Aritza aka Dress Shop….it's a complete scam. Product is delayed, knowing Pay pal does not keep files open for investigation for long. Product is said to be made of cotton, but made of chemicals and not US, but China. Customer service does not answer phone and emails are bounced back. There is an ongoing investigation via Visa on this company.

I saw the ad and was interested even though I KNOW better. I got sucked in. Made the purchase with Paypal. Looked up the tracking and saw that the package was delivered but I had not received. Made some calls found out the sender sent the package to a different address. WHAT? Whatever. The Phone number is fake and emailing them is like talking to a 3 year old. Paypal confirmed the sender error and refunded my purchase. THANK GOD or I would have been stuck with the garbage junk without the option to return.

I want to put zero. I thought I was ordering from Asterila an Australian company. I was duped and my clothing came from Indiefit.com a Chinese company. I鈥檝e contacted both companies many times and they regularly change their contact details. My 3 shirts are Nothing like what I ordered as poor quality, material is disgusting and I even ordered a size bigger so they鈥檇 fit but shirts are unwearable. Exactly what other reviewers have said is true about both of these companies. I even offered to pay to return my $132 shirts at my cost. Cannot even get an address to return them. Asterila said they were shipped from Dubai. That鈥檚 no address. I just sent an another email to both companies asking for my refund and I received an auto reply from Indiefit saying 鈥?there is no customer service here.
Please contact the customer service of the website, you can find the customer service email on the website.鈥?When I鈥檝e used this email address at least 3 themes before. DO NOT touch these companies are they are a Sham!

Do NOT buy from this company. They intentionally make returns impossible. They come up with all kinds of ridiculous reasons. Unless you want to deal with a lot of irritation I definitely suggest to steer clear of this company

Received 2 tops size incorrect and very poorly made. No way they would fit me and the material was a horrible nylon. I am trying for a return, refund but doubt that will happen in view of other comments. Do not purchase from this company. Mine would be a negative rating.

Poor customer service. Size ordered not true to fit. Indiefit will not exchange product for a better size. Returning my purchase wasn鈥檛 possible either. Beware. This company has no integrity.

Beware! This company poses as many names. I ordered from Cabeol. I thought I was ordering from an American company. I knew the clothes were imported, but was not expecting the poor quality I received. They won鈥檛 even display the bad review I posted on their website. Here鈥檚 my review:
It seems odd that there are only good reviews for Cabeol clothing company when my experience has been horrible. First of all, the top I received was not the same as the garment I ordered. On cabeol.com, it states the fabric to be a cotton blend. The fabric is NOT made of cotton and feels like a synthetic nylon blend. Also the garment does not have any care and product label which is mandatory in the textiles industry. Also, there is no name brand label. Instead the garment says Exclusive and on the packaging it states Made in China. According to Cabeol鈥檚 website, their clothing comes from manufacturers in the Philippines and Vietnam.
A total scam. I have a number of email replies from Cabeol鈥檚 customer service stating they will not return unless damaged. I should have damaged the garment before sending them photos. Do not order anything from indiefit.com or cabeol.com

I was sent 3 items which were badly made, wrong sizing and just shoddy. I asked to have a refund and offered to send the items back. They refused despite me writing to them 7 times. I ended up throwing them away. When I purchased, I did not realise it was from China, I will never buy anything not based in the UK again.

I wouldn鈥檛 even give this 1 star. Quality is total trash, impossible to get hold of customer service to attempt to get money back. Absolute waste of money – don鈥檛 touch with a barge pole

Dreadful experience- you should be ashamed of yourselves running a scam like this. Lost case when opened it to Paypal and SO FURIOUS now I am escalating my next step.
I ordered 2 cotton tops that took AGES to come and then arrived looking nothing like I ordered from the photos. They were cheap, shiny, rubbish – no paperwork at all with them or returns info. Cross I didn鈥檛 check reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM INDIEFIT OR DRESS FASHION – SCAMMERS. 拢60 down the drain.

Actually no stars would be better.I stupidly fell for this .The top I ordered arrived it鈥檚 really nasty ! Doesn鈥檛 look like I鈥檒l be able to return it .
I鈥檓 not desperately trying to cancel another order I stupidly made .Why ? Who knows only explanation was I had I had a high fever at the time .Hoping PayPal will help as nothing has been dispatched yet .

Agree with the other reviews. Quality is rubbish, clothing is nothing like the photo and should be taken off social media site RIGHT NOW! Absolute scam. Do not buy.

The photos of the clothes look great. In real life, when my dresses arrived, they looked nothing like the photos. In fact, they advertise the clothes as being "cotton" but it is clearly made of a cheap, synthetic material — it felt like tent material. I feel so swindled and cheated. I totally agree with another reviewer — "polyester rubbish… run a mile!" I contacted customer support, they took months to respond. I gave up and threw the dresses away. What a total and complete waste of money.

The same company has multiple different names [Finloe being just one] and websites all selling the same rubbish.

This company is a scam. What makes it difficult is that they have "operated" under a few different names – from Indiefit to Dress Fashion. They also steal photos from other companies and advertise them on instagram. Hopefully Instagram will identify and block them soon.

HORRIBLE COMPANY..do not order anything from them. Clothes are not anything like picture or what is described. They make there money pn people not being able to return product easily for refund. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Do not trust reviews on their website. I would give them a negative 5 starts if I could.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD! Material nothing like what is promised. Took forever to arrive from god knows where and is poor poor poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My clothing took almost 2 months to arrive! I ordered four shirts/blouses on 6/10/2020 and they did not arrive until 8/4/2020. I had forgotten I even ordered the items. They were of poor quality and the material felt terrible and did not appear at all how it looked in pictures. The items also did not fit as expected. When I asked the company for a refund, it took 6 days for them to even respond to my emails and then I was finally told they do not give refunds unless there's a defect in the product. They insist you send pictures to prove there is a quality issue. This is VERY POOR business and I can't encourage anyone strongly enough to avoid buying with Indiefit. I wish I had done my research ahead of time and could have saved myself $112 in poorly made clothing I will never wear. Terrible company! Terrible customer service! I never write reviews like this, but I was extremely disappointed with everything about this company and I want everyone to know, so they don't make the same mistake I did.

This company has a sister company Marlenu. I bought through them but was billed through this one. Clothing was the worst garbage ever. Nothing like advertised. Refuse to refund. Stay clear!

Purchased from valltino.com and when I was charged I saw payment was made to indiefit. Looked up indiefit, saw these terrible reviews and cancelled. Sent 4 emails to cancel within 5 hours of ordering that were all ignored.
They wrote back the next day saying items shipped. Received a bunch of cheap crap 7 weeks later and am fighting it out with PayPal to get money back.
Don't even consider any companies that may be affiliated with indiefit.

I don't usually buy clothes online but decided to treat myself to a couple beautiful pieces or so I thought. I received my order after a month and the sizing and quality is really terrible. I have reached out to Indiefit multiple times and still cannot get a response for a return authorization. The materials do not look like the pictures. Polyester with elastic around the arm holes that would cut off the circulation of a really small person. Greatly disappointed. I want my money back. I couldn't give these clothes away.

I ordered a women's pajama set from Indiefit. The material in the product photos looked comfortable, but the product I received is a cheap shiny fabric. The sizing is way off – the shorts were too small and the top slightly large. When I contacted indiefit customer service, it took them over 2 weeks to respond and tell me they won't process a refund. Stay away from this company!!!
