It's a scam, Please use the official Indian Government website instead. These guys are not official and have duplicated the indian government website and charge you for nothing , then sell your data.

One star is to good for this organisation.

The Indian centre in Delhi are a bunch of thieves and robbers and have a level of customer service worse than Atila the Hun.

I Tried to apply for a visa on arrival to India over the internet. I filled out the form and attached all the required documents only a few days later to have my application (they took my 拢64 quid) refused, with some flimsy excuse that the quality of my passport photo was not good enough. I was not allowed to try again nor resend my photos, basically they had taken my money with no opportunity to correct my error.This organisation is a disgrace.

My advice is if you can help it do not use this company as there is a possibility that like gangsters they will take your money and you do not get your visa.

Beware these people are sharks.

Waste of time going to their supposed customer service because all they do is run you round in circles and pass you back to the same people who rejected your application in the first place

Anamika was prompt and very helpful with my visa query . Eventually she sent me the granted visa again when I had not receieved it .

Many organisations claim to have great customer service, but it is very rare to actually experience great customer service. However, that is exactly what Indian visas on line provided for me yesterday. As I was completing the on line form I received a phone call from Sonal asking if my application was urgent (which it was). Sonal clearly explained what I needed to do and when I had completed it she checked that everything was OK before letting me pay the fees. What鈥檚 more, Sonal promised I would receive my business eVisa within 24 hours, it actually arrived in my inbox with 17 hours. Outstanding !!

This was very time saving for me as got some few calls immediately from Riya once she saw me trying to post my application online and was very helpful towards making sure all the documents were correctly submitted. Shall definitely suggest anyone to use this service, shall of course have to wait for a few days for visa to arrive and since this is the first time I'm applying in this manner shall see how the print out version works vs having a visa stamped in my passport.

In the past when i have applied for an Indian Visa it was a process that was difficult and painful. I was blown away when i got a proactive call and email from Vandana. Subsequent emails and exchanges were very helpful. My experience has motivated me to visit India more knowing I can get this level of service

I am applying for the Indian tourist visa for the very first time for my family and myself. Whilst I had some initial apprehensions as to the effectiveness of the application process, they were quite unfounded. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a call made to me by the person in charge of my application (Riya) who went though the process with me on line.

Her assistance and guidance was welcomed by me and I would like to thank her for her time and support provided to me during the on line application process.

We now await for the approval process to take place. Given that I had not heard anything "negative" from Riya, I would expect this to be a smooth process as well.

So all in all a very pleasant application process for the Indian E Tourist Visa. Thank you Riya for making this as simple as possible for me/us.

We had some concerns if it is a scam page in the beginning, but it is real, safe and very helpful.
As it is mentioned on their web page, you can go directly via the official gov page for cheaper, but if you are uncertain about the conditions, you will get some extra help here for sure.

PS. we got visa within 48 hours

Do not trust! Search official Indian Visum Website. This one is a fraud. They just sharen some one elses details with me, by accident.
