Good initial impressions, was helpful in order to meet our requirements; unfortunately we did not receive the product based on the sample we saw. The invite we ordered was supposed to contain a card sleeve which goes around the invite but instead we received a paper sleeve which keeps falling off when you open the invite.
Also the envelops supplied did not have anything to stick down the fold with.
No compensation was provide or is forthcoming.
