Before I could ask my mom, she told me that the fruit that was delivered was so bad that everything had to be thrown away. I was so disappionted. She told me that they had stuffed the basket with over ripe bananas (more than 2 kg). They also added over ripe watermelon and papayas. The apples, pears and guava were missing and the fruit that they received was all over ripened. The bananas were so bad that they were leaking all over and had to be thrown away immediately. I asked the company for a refund and after 2 days I received a response to send them a picture of the fruit received (which I did). Then after 4-5 days, when I requested a response again, here's the response that I received:
"Upon your complaint we have reviewed the Images & investigated other
instances with respective vendor/ agent and have concluded that the
delivered fruits by our vendor were fresh, up to the mark and according to
your placed order with mentioned gross weight as per market availability.
Kindly note, according to T&C stated in the respective website, images of
items shown here are indicative and though we thrive to deliver similar or
higher quality products, it may be possible that actual arrangement / item
may vary due to reasons beyond our control/ depending on market availability
or stock.
Kindly check the T&C section at respective website for further reference
which a customer has to agree before placing order with us.
Hence, sorry to mention, we鈥檒l not be able to proceed with your complain
further against the subjected order."
Then I asked if they could send a replacement if they could not refund money and their response was the same although I had send them a picture showing that the order was wrong and bad but they clearly did not want to accept their mistake. Do not order from this website. Horrible and disappointing experience that no-one should ever go through. I am out Rs Rs. 2490 / $ 38.13, very disappointed and ashamed that I send my mom such a bad gift.

I was trying to so called customer service no./ send email but like 7 days no reply mob phone always no reply. send a SMS still no reply.
so i could not send gift to my love one.

I cannt believe why the customer care lady cann't even talk properly when i asked about my order!
I ordered chocolates for delivery at mumbai, to be delivered in morning to my sister. When i came to know that the order was not delivered, i called up customer care and enquired about it. The response i got was schoking!!!.. the lady who attended my call gave a rude reply " it will be delivered only by 5 pm" when i mentioned about the morning delivrey i ordered she shouted at me " go to my site. its written the delivery time is before 6. so we can deliver it only at 5"!!!
If they deliver things at their convenience, without caring about customer prefernce, these people do not deservce any right to exist in this service area.
I honestly request all those want to send flowers/chocolates to your dear ones…please stay away from indiaflowerplaza.. They need to learn the lessons of customer service in a hard way.
