Yes, you did said you can send the product but you failed or forgot to mention that you said the courier charges will be bear by me. That's not how the online service work. And also if your manufacturer is sending you bad quality product then you can inform you customer or put on your website or rather post an actual picture on website so that customer can have decide seeing that.

But you do not want to do any of those things.

I placed an order with India at home. First ol all they take 4 days to ship the order which is unbelievable. Then when I received my order one of the product was faulty. I straight away called the customer support to replace or return the product but their executive simply told, if the product is not good then please go to the manufacturer we cannot do anything.
I even sent them the photo of the defected product and sent them mail but did not received a response.

Such a warm home delivery service by Ms.Vandana Bhatia. She was very sweet, polite and chirpy. It was really refreshing amid this corona outbreak. The staff in the store is very friendly and desi! They're at you service for anything you are unable to find. They even find a substitute for your requirement if the one that you need is not in stock. The home delivery service was quick and on time by the owner itself. It shows how dedicated the team is towards customer service and satisfaction. Never had any complaints and issues. All desi products from Punjab are available. So don't worry if you want desi makkhan! Just visit your nearest India at home stop or order online

Have been buying Indian spices and lentils for a few months from them. Pretty good so far. I love the Indian herbs (the turmeric and cinnamons), their aroma is just amazing!

I have been scammed i paid right away and the money was taken right away while my order was sent right away immediately in a rush so my order was got wrong. I asked for a 9 herbs henna and also paid for a larger sesa oil was sent the small sesa oil and also given the wrong regular henna which i didn't want. Also delivery is super late. Biggest waste of $30+ please AVOID this store online if you in Sydney etc

I love the range of spices and foreign food which can be hard to source. I would like to see more home and cookware please. I tried to do an online order for delivery once and it did not work just to let you know. Overall, a great store!

It is always very easy to order online from India At Home. If there is anything that is not available, they get in touch with you to organise a substitution or a refund. Worth it!
