I purchased the Hype Bronze boots from 'indestructibleshoes.com' and within 2-3 weeks they fell apart. Sticking in the back heel. Holes in the bottom of the rear sole. And when I contacted them for a refund or replacement, they said they can give me a 40% off and nothing more. This company is a JOKE! Do NOT waste your money.

These shoes are a rip-off

I ordered the Hype Brown Boots for my boyfriend in May 2020. Shipping took over a month which I expected since they mentioned that on their website. The tracking number they gave me did not work (Only said order ready but did not show the package shipping out, stops from point A to B, when they were expected to be delivered). When the package finally arrived, it looked very sketchy and was smashed in. The boots inside the box looked okay despite the damage, but after about a month of wear, they are already on their way out. The sides of the shoe are coming apart from the heel on both the left and right shoe. Very dissapointed. Also, I am not sure how there are 10k reviews on their website when there is no actual place for people to submit their reviews, or at least no option on mobile that I can find? Very sketchy. I would not consider purchasing from this brand again.

Like all the other reviews say. This is a scam. Too good to be true. They are just repackaging shoes you can buy on AMZ for 40 dollars. Too bad I didn't find this site until I got caught up in this mess. Unlike many others, I actually received shoes. Like another poster, the return address they sent me is a house in Sacremento, not a business. I would recommend not doing business with them. If you do get shoes and they offer you a partial refund rather than returning, I would suggest that. I got a refund on partial value. The shoes are still cheap, but maybe I can donate them.

Quality very poor, after couple of month of light use, it fell apart.

No response on getting a replacement.

It is super destructible and quite uncomfortable. Purchased one pair, but never ever again!

shoes were poor quality and return cost me over $70 for 2 pair. beware , they make money on the returns.

F U C K I N G horrible!!! Ordered my shoes end of April and its now July and still haven't arrived. Can't call them, all that can be done is email and they give all these dam excuses but won't give you a solution to getting your stuff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

9 Weeks to get two pairs of boots one wrong size, no return paper or instruction on how to return them or how to contact them, I search on internet, only way to contact them is through E-mail, I find out there's a 15% restock fee, they send wrong size and I'm to pay 15% restocking fee?? My fault for not reviewing this bunch, If I'd known they were made in china I wouldn't had ordered , defiantly not customer friendly. I agree with all other one star or lower reviews, Scam, Scam, Scam.

Horrible and most dishonest company I鈥檝e ever ordered from. I don鈥檛 like heavy boots so was looking for something in a shoe that held up better. Total crap company. Ordered, like so many others without researching first. 2 months later, still no delivery. Nothing but [email protected]$&sh1? Email replies stating COVID-19 delays. Said they shipped 2 months ago. I guess they got me for $120 And nothing I can do since it鈥檚 allegedly already shipped. Total scam, rip-off, click bait, crap company, A-holes, and DO NOT ORDER. You will be frustrated, that鈥檚 the only garauntee!!!!!

I should have done more research. So i ordered my shoes the first of march. It is the end of June and i just received them from China. 1st impression. Very Heavy, Soles are Definitely stiff with 0 flex, Insole as thick as a sheet of paper, Honestly i have not even wore them. I am a contractor and normally i pay $180 + for boots thank god they are cheap. They look and feel like a disaster.

Bought some socks, they said they shipped, 3 weeks later I inquire and they say they haven't shipped due to delays. I ask to cancel and they say it actually has shipped. 3 weeks later still nothing. Disputed this with my CC. Scammers

Unfortunately, I did not investigate this company for bad reviews until everything was said and done. I too, placed an order and actually did receive the merchandise 9 weeks later. The shoes arrived and they are too small. I am a size 12 and they do lump that size in to an 11 1/2 to 12. Made contact with the company through email for a refund and they sent me a return authorization number to exchange the shoes. The return shipping address that was given to me in Sacramento is a residential home. After reading all the negative reviews, I鈥檓 afraid that if I ship them back I will never see the shoes again and I will be out $70 plus a pair of shoes. So, I plan to donate them to someone that can use them. I have become wiser and learned that 鈥渨hen it鈥檚 too good to be true鈥? it鈥檚 probably a scam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT…………..L

Negative stars…same experience as what seems to be majority of others, ordered shoes almost 2 months ago, email stating Covid is holding up shipment should receive 6-9 weeks on slow boat from China 馃槨 USPS tracking showing Columbus Ohio in limbo. Wish I would have seen all this before I ordered. Will be going to PayPal to dispute and attempt refund.

One word a scam. Ordered them 8 weeks ago and the link they sent me to USPS has said reviews in Ohio USPS since May 11th. It鈥檚 now end of June. Don鈥檛 make the mistake of ordering form this outfit you will never get the shoes. It鈥檚 a scam company in China!

Ordered 1 pair in April and 11 weeks later still have NOT received order, it has been 11 weeks, reported to PayPal fraud.

Waste of time

I purchased shoes back on 4/20/2020. Had MULTIPLE issues since I ordered, in which they blamed COVID-19. Sent an email up today, requesting to just get my money back. Super frustrated because my bank won't do anything.

Total scam artists. Should be reported to the authorities. Credit card chargeback saved me the money I spent after my shipment sat 鈥減ending acceptance鈥?in Ohio for over 67 DAYS! No customer service, total frauds. Do NOT trust these people. Report your experience to the authorities.

This is a complete scam.. I ordered a pair of shoes from indestructible shoes and never received a confirmation email of any kind! I emailed them to see what was going on and get a refund and it took days to receive an email back and they claimed there was no order that corresponded with my name and email address but the money had been taken from my credit card account! There is absolutely no number to get in contact with customer service or anyone for that matter! I had to open a case with my credit card company to try and get my money back! I Do not Recommend buying from indestructible shoes unless you want to get scammed!

Still waiting on my shoes, been 6 weeks and there still in Ohio, i think ive been scamed.

Ordered months ago and whilst allowing for COVID it hasn鈥檛 shifted from China! Each time I try and get an update I get an automatic response! Have asked for a refund but expect the company to just be a Facebook fraud and will no doubt need to try get a refund from my bank! NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Ordered shoes May 1, 2020, today is June 22, 2020 and they keep telling me I haven't received the shoes because of the COVID 19 and medical supplies have held it up. I receive everything by delivery, and NOT ONE ITEM has taken this long. I asked for my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!

online purchase 5/3/2020. Tried to contact company to stop the order since by 6/8/202, they'd not arrived. Online post discussed Amazon as best way to buy them. On 6/22/2020 shoes arrived. Wrong shoes, no paperwork inbox, no tracking #, no identifier at all. AND the freaking phone number on CC bill is 'dead' (1-855-833-2849).
