Came home to a LIVE ELECTRIC cable hanging from my wall with the plate from the back of my washing machine still attached wrapped in a tesco carrier bag!!! The engineer told my son ' don't touch that mate its live' then pushed the washing machine back into it space and left. I then had to pay 拢85 to have it put right. This was last week and although I have phoned and emailed I am still waiting to hear from the company about this. They do not have a complaints number to ring. So Monday morning I will be calling the HSE …..unless and very dangerous
