I bought woonverzekering via Independer.nl. Their colleague entered incorrect year of birth in the system. As soon as I received documents I contacted Independer again and told them to fix the error. I was told it has been fixed. However, it wasn't fixed and Independer had forwarded incorrect year of birth to the insurance company. I had been fighting with insurance company to fix issues for more than a month and it still hasn't been fixed. Epic example of poor service & lack of responsibility. I wish I had not gone through independer. One can never imagine extent of damage which may be caused by a slight error and irresponsible attitude of not fixing it even when notified.

In every field they have added to their attention, they prepare their knowledge well and really help you making the best buy. Then, should you have a problem – and that can happen – their HELP desk is really professional. Amazon could take an lesson there!

Terrible service. They didn't even put my policy through which resulted in about 2 months of back and forth where they were no hope at all. In the end it turns out the insurance company never even processed my application so I had to start all over again and reapply- which I ended up doing NOT through Independer.
