although there are lots of jobs and even employee reviews of employers. it is difficult to actually realize new employment opportunities from this site. possibly because i live in a rural area and most of the opportunities are many miles away. the potential is good, but i have had little success on this site so far.

Pros
– As a fresher good company to start your career.
– You learn so many things in very short span of time.
– good salary for fresher.
– You will get international certification at no cost (company will reimburse if you pass in 1 attempt)

Cons
Training timing are too long.
The number of attempts are very less only one.
outsourcing training

Advice to Management
Take only that number of student required in your organisation. Recruit few student instead of taking bulk as it affect the quality of work.
