Paid extra for next day delivery, well before the 9pm limit. They dispatched the item late, I called up to query it and they said they would get back to me, it鈥檚 now 9pm and no one called. The items have also not showed up.
Avoid them.

There seem to be a few bad reviews mainly relating to not receiving orders next day. However my experience was the opposite, receiving my order the exact next day which actually caught me by surprise considering the other reviews. Therefore I would recommend this firm for bed pads (in my case for my elderly dog) as the shopping experience was smooth and delivery fast. Any other issues for others could possibly be related to their previous choice of couriers.

vivactive bed pad do not soak in at all well – a useless product in my opinion. All it did was spread the urine all over and upward towards the pillow. These products do not work in my experience and should be banned or have the padding and absorbency increased markedly.

Ordered form them and paid extra for three day delivery which did not arrive. Have had to buy from local Boots as have run out for my wife, have asked to return and a full refund as they are not even apologetic.
I am amazed at the number of reviews with the same complaint.
AVOID this company, lots of others to choose from.

Avoid. Paid 拢4.99 for overnight delivery, the goods did not arrive the next day, when I called Hermes helpline number with tracking information it was down for delivery within 3 working days, which might potentially now have to be after Christmas. Confusing issue for elderly relative who is 120 miles away not to know when they might receive their goods. I鈥檓 sick of companies who can鈥檛 get goods to their customers on time when paid for premium delivery service. I am not sure who is to blame, Hermes or incontinence choice, I will find out tomorrow when I call. Rule of thumb, don鈥檛 pay for a premium delivery. I will be claiming my delivery costs from the company or via PayPa. Order no #M1-1900212699. Will update this review if there are further issues or problems getting the service/goods I have parted with my hard earned cash.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product, I have emailed this company 3 times to ask if I can return the wrong product and get a refund, I have had no reply, I have bought the correct product now and it has been delivered and I have again asked if I can return the wrong product plus I would like to know where to send it to but no reply, It seems that this company will sell you a product but they are not interested after sales, So if they do not want my returns they can do without any further orders from me and I shall be going elsewhere and this I have told them, still no reply,

I've been using these folk for some years now for our elderly mum's inco needs and have always found them to be really reliable and dependable. They fulfill my orders promptly and delivery is often ahead of expectations. Very happy to recommend.

Used this company for several years now. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, and very helpful. Good range of stock & sizes, although this seems to have been a bit of an issue in recent weeks.(I had no problems with the latest order, so this may have been short term and resolved).
Prices are VERY competitive and there are a choice of delivery options, depending on the level of need and speed you have for the products.
My only negative is that they have two courier companies and one of them has proved unreliable in the past. However, once I provided proof about poor performance, I was offered the option to switch, exclusively, to the other company. Since then, I have had no complaints.
