The website was very easy to use. I ordered Swad brand candy coated fennel seeds. The website indicated that this item was in stock. I ordered two and later received an email that the item is not available.
The customer service email asked if I minded if they made a substitution but did not indicate the brand. It would be much preferable if the item listed on the website as being out of stock.

This is the worst customer service experience I have experienced. They sent me the wrong product trying to tell me it was the same product I ordered, I ordered burgandy henna with oudth for hair and hands, but what they sent me was a brown henna without oudth ( for hair only, if you use henna you will know what I鈥檓 talking about ) in a completely different packaging, which was a completely different product, his brown and burgundy are completely two different colors , they sent me low quality henna in a different color! All the emails from them were useless because they keep repeating to me that it was exactly the same product, although I sent them the picture of what I ordered and a picture of what they sent me and you can tell in that picture that is a different product. I had to escalate the case to PayPal.
They agreed to give me a refund, but they said I have to ship it and pay for it myself, so I paid $16 ( three packages plus shipping ) to purchase a product from them, and I paid $11 to ship it back.

This store is amazing. It had everything I needed. Since my kids and I are indoors due to the outbreak 馃樂 we have been mixing hair oils and growing our hair. This store has the best products for the best price.

I gave you guys a 3star because I noticed that when i called earlier today I never received a response. I called a total of (4) times & a recording came on as if a live person were available but each time I was asked to leave my name & phone #. No live representative came to the phone which lead me to believe that there was no one at the office due to the holiday, That is very misleading for me because there should have been an appropriate recording specifying that the business was closed. My main purpose for contacting you guys was to discuss the product more in details & to find out the date the item would be delivered. I also think that your company is deceptive because you are using (2) totally different names & yet you are the same company. In order for me to shop at your business site again, You would have to make your delivery date more visible

When one or two items that I had ordered were not available, they were friendly and quick to respond to offer me the same products, but from a different maker at the same price. Online order went well until I tried to add the 3rd item. Then it wouldn't give me the option to add it to my cart. I tried another item, thinking maybe that was out of stock but same problem! I had to go bto the previous screen to add the 3rd item! Otherwise everything was good!
