I placed an order and did not receive any updated shipping information for a week so I contacted customer support to inquire and Martin was very helpful and updated my tracking info on the spot. With covid-19 and it being the holiday season I had to expect some delays but otherwise the customer service was great and I鈥檓 excited to get my package soon! Fingers crossed.
