Do not order from this company. They lie and do not send the product or replacement. Have been trying to contact them since August 2020 and they just keep asking for proof of purchase and do nothing with it. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. Lupe

Offer placed on 27th July. reached out and after my order was on the 4th of August and was told there was a delay and it would be posted on or before 31st of August. that's commune kind and I have not received notification even though I reach out to them again at the end of August and was told my item has been processed and was ready to be shipped.
I have never requested a refund, not too sure I'm gonna get it I will be contacting my bank separately. do not buy from these people it is a scam

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, received no notification of shipping, and have emailed THREE times with no response. My comment on their instagram post got deleted. Thinking they are a scam. If not, can someone get back to me? (ORDER number 19510).
