These people are so nice to me. I had a troublesome renter and asked for advice at the end of the day. I talked to a guy who seemed in a bad mood. He called me back 5 minutes later to apologize and explained they had a long day of debtors and clients complaining, treatening them and namecalling to them. I had so much respect for this and I feel sorry for them to go through this every day. This action is what I call great customer service! I hope these people stop and they give the employees of incassocenter the credit they deserve. I recommend them to everybody!!! My best to all of them.

Complete scam! Don't use this company, they will not do anything to get your money back and once you have totally given up and forgotten the issue they contact you and ask what do you want to do with your file. I told them close it, cause I have credited the invoice which I was claiming, so they sent me an invoice for their services but they hadn't done anything on the file!!

This company is a complete skam. A company owed me 3300EUR and Incassocenter had me pay 700EUR to them to put a claim. They sent more invoices which I had them withdraw. I've been trying to get updates, but no word. The company who owed me have gone bankrupt and the curator informed me there was no claim in my name, so in the end Incassocenter is as bad as the company that took my money. Do not use this company!!
