Order NOT received
December 2,2019 I placed an order with your company for the large volt battery ride on horse.
This was to be a Christmas present for my grandson.
$159.99 was deducted from my credit card and to date the item has not been delivered.
I've tried emailing the company, all attempts have been returned for invalid address.

I ordered a toy horse
ordered toy from facebook ordering. Received confirmation of the order. Made an error typing last name. Sent email telling them last name spelled wrong and the email was undeliverable. Received CC and it has been charged for the full amount of the toy $149.99. Have not received item

No item, no communication, no records of purchase.
I ordered a toy for christmas got a confirmation email but no further communication website no longer functions no item received.
