Still waiting for my order over three weeks since I placed my order. I lost count of the amount of times that I called their customer service number.I also sent so many emails and no reply. The payment was already taken but no sign of my order. Can someone please advise me or if anyone has got another number to contact. I will definitely not recommend them . No customer service whatsoever ?

I鈥檓 still waiting for a refund. I鈥檝e sent 2 emails and no response at all! I鈥檝e just read the other reviews and realise that I am not alone!!! I鈥檓 going to stick to Aab ! I鈥檝e never had any issues with a refund with them!

They shouldn't deserve this one star that I am giving them. I bought goods for over 拢200 and none of them fit me as the size description was inaccurate. I retuned all the goods in May and still haven't received a rrequest refund. Tell family and friends to avoid such a brand!!!!! Unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!

I have shopped and purchased many items over the last 3 yrs and got my friends and family ordering as well. Amazing quality and i remember calling customer service once very easily and got my problem solved fast, Just recently i got a damaged item and wanted to speak to customer service, but i i was ignored. 10 emails and 20 phone calls. No one picks up and no one responds. I even privates messaged them on Instagram when they put new photos up. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I'am stuck with this item. after reading past reviews i don't trust i will get any refund if i ship it back. I'am so disappointed because i loved Inayah, and now i have to warn people. what happened?? do they even care??

I have purchased many times from this company shocked at the negative reviews.
Good quality products excellent customer service.
Did delay refund once but I chased it up they apologised and sorted issue in a courteous manner.

Its been 20 days and i haven't received any correspondence on my refund – i spent about 拢55 – their phone number does not work and they DO NOT respond to emails. I think more people should claim Retail Customer Negligence claims and get this company shut down. Immoral people.

I always buy from them anazing quality but first time experience return ….lat time dresses are cut small than normal we always order same size . I have to return the dresses to order other two dresses but till now No refund in my account . Not answering phone and email the send automated answer …..yet still waiting . I am worried after reading reviews . I will update you if they refund my money if not i will take them to court . I believe they reputable company in usa now so i am waiting before ordering more.

CLothing items are over priced.
Had to return one dress, was told would get a refund once posted back but it was never followed through so now 拢80 down and down a dress as well !

The website has inaccurate product details and customer service is almost nonexistent. NO follow up or follow through when promised a refund, nor do they answer emails with complete information. Only way to get customer service attention is to post on their Instagram or Facebook accounts to bring attention to your order/issues. Received my order in unacceptable condition and NOT as pictured or described on website. I tried to research to find other customer reviews and only found blogger reviews. I'm skeptical about blogger reviews as they might have been paid or given free items in return for the review. I did notice they are quick to delete comments and feedback from their social media accounts, leaving a consumer to think they are a reputable business. Only form of contact listed is through their website or email; there is no contact number listed anywhere and you never receive a complete detailed email reply. Avoid them and shop elsewhere to avoid heartache!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Please do not waste your time shopping with this company. Their clothing is of poor quality and doesn't last, the sizing of the clothing doesn't comply with the U.K Sizing guide. When you try to contact customer service, they don't reply within a resonable time. I waited a week until they replied and when they finally did, they try to insinuate that you are being disingenuous and refuse to refund or exchange, even when the item is faulty.
I've never in all my time come across a company like this, they speak to you in such an impertinent manner. You've been warned, avoid at all cost.
