The parcel arrived in perfect condition, packaged nicely and on time. The only issue was that it was delivered at 3:30 in the morning outside my door, and although I was awake at the time and the lights visibly on, they didn't bother knocking. It could have easily been taken by anyone. Luckily it didn't.

Delivery time 5-8 business days got into 1 month wait. Ordered a book on 28 March and it's still not here. Very disappointing.

Edit: On the site the delivery time said 5-8 business days, not back-order might require extra delivery time. Also after it was back-ordered and you knew there will be delay, you could have contacted me, to tell me that the book will be delayed. There was no message or anything, I was just waiting.
