Although the removal from my house in the UK went very well, the removal men were friendly and very fast, three size lorries had come just in case for size. However, after a short storage time in the UK whilst the purchase in France was being finalised the removal to my property in France 2 weeks later things became disastrous. Three boxes were missing, which happened to be two HD TVs and a Home Cinema to a value of over 拢1000.

The company did not offer any excuse or compensation. The company manager, Steve, could only say that as I had packed these myself there was no proof that the items missing were what I was saying. No refund whatsoever. The insurance company, which I had taken as a measure of added security, was not much more help as they basically said the same thing. As a result the move costs me an extra 拢1100 to replace the stolen items on top of the money paid for the move. I strongly suspect that these items were stolen by the employees as the content of the boxes was obvious, the original boxes for the TVs and the Home Cinema were used for packing. Three large boxes stored do not just disappear out of the blue. I am totally disgusted by this company and I strongly advise people not to book them.
