Absolutely horrible company to deal with. All is good if they get the order right like my first 2 orders. When they get it wrong though, they don't want to know at all and it is all my fault supposedly. I even ask for a proof for an extra $10 and it still comes different but it's my fault. Customer service is an absolute joke and you will never get to speak to a manager. STAY AWAY

They will ignore you for weeks, lie to you repeatedly about their faulty products and refuse to do anything when faced with a defect besides a 10% off coupon on a future order. Save your time and money and get a better product somewhere else. Also the cotton masks are MUCH smaller than advertised and wont fit most adults

Extremely poor customer service, even through the Customer Care Resolution service. They could not get us our product in the expected time frame, even when our order provided a 5 day cushion for receipt based upon all available website information (which has been updated since our order), and they did not offer any resolution other than saying they're backed up with production due to Covid-19 and can give no guarantees.

Extreme Quality Control and Customer Service Issues
I ordered 100 full-color yard signs to be printed on both sides. And paid for two-sided printing. See attached invoice. No dispute here.
The order arrived, but with only printed on ONE SIDE. See attached pics. No dispute here.
I asked for a reprint, or a refund, as I cannot use one sided yard signs, and was only offered a 15% discount. Heck, that does not even cover the additional cost that I paid to have the printing on two sides.
Completely unethical, and unacceptable. Will have to go the legal route.

Ordered face masks in 2 different colors(white & black) of the same product with imprinting. Received a call a couple of days prior to date should have received and was notified they would be late by a week causing us to miss an event. Then when I received the products, they were not the same. We had purchased samples prior to ordering, but the black masks were different from the samples. They were smaller, like a youth size and did not fully cover an adult face.

So much fun to make bracelets for an inside family joke. They came out better than I thought they could and were loved by all. They arrived two days before they were anticipated which was great! Overall easy to create and edit and super satisfied with the products!

The delivery times are worded in such a way that is very deceiving. Putting an *asterisk next to the delivery date is just a cop out to get people to order based on the estimated delivery date. I've noticed this is a big problem with this company, after doing a little research. I will never buy anything from this company or it's affiliates as it takes pride in misleading people.

I am a preschool teacher who needed to pivot my graduation plans to front yards. I am not tech savvy in any way, but both the website and customer support made it so wonderful and easy!

There was wonderful communication, different options given based on what I needed, and so timely!! I got my order early, even with the craziness going on with COVID!

Excellent quality and accurate print. I ordered shot glasses for a memorial keep sake, needless to say it was crucial that they came out just right. I was overly joyed to see how great they came out and my family absolutely loved them. There were issues with the design and instead of just processing them as is, customer service contacted me and made sure everything was fixed before printing. Can't thank you enough to your outstanding customer service and quality of product!

I ordered 22 yard signs for a non-profit. The site had a discount meter – as you met each threshold of spending, you received a larger discount. I spent HOURS creating my order, and the discount meter went up with each addition but it would not apply to our order. After numerous chats and phone calls, I was told that it doesn't apply to the products I was ordering (doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the site).
I was also told that each sign MUST be shipped individually and we MUST pay $15 to ship each sign. I called and chatted again numerous times and was told the same thing.
One week past the expected arrival date, I received the order in one box with a $25 ups shipping label.
Again I contacted them through their ticket system to no avail. They literally robbed us on shipping – $330 to ship one $25 box. You can't get any response through the ticket system. I've requested to speak with a superviser – nothing

I paid extra for rush delivery per sign on the website, as it gives you the options and dates of delivery. 18 Days later my signs still did not show up. I called and asked for a refund on the shipping and the said there is nothing they can do because it is standard. It has taken almost a month to the day to receive them. So they took my extra shipping cost that they provide on there website and dont refund. I will never order another thing from this company!!

Just reordered for next day rush because an order placed on May 15 with estimated delivery date of May 29 has still not even shipped. I've tried calling, chatting and emailing with customer service and no one is helpful in any way. Just reordered with rush delivery tomorrow. Paid 50% more than the original purchase amount on May 15. Let's see if this order arrives successfully.

TERRIBLE customer service. I did the online messaging and two different people were very rude and condescending. I tried to call and could not get anyone to answer, even though it was during business hours. Sent an email regarding my issues and never received a reply. Also, the current discount code advertised on the website, does not work. I went ahead and ordered but was extremely hesitant. I may update once I receive my product.

its been a month and I still have not received my order, I would really like to cancel my order at this point, I have already ordered from a different site and have received my package. I will be in contact with UPS to see how this can be done, it would be helpful if the company could help as well. Customer service just kept telling me to wait and it became overwhelming, I would've been more patient if the site was honest about it being backtracked or how long it would take.

Needed patches, paid expediting fee, paid fastest shipping-arrive late with wrong color. Simply Red is Fushia or Hot Pink according to imprint.com Still waiting for resolution after 2 weeks. Very expensive mistake

I didn't realize how small the 12×18 sign would be in my yard and decided to order another sign 24×18. It would be nice to be able to re-order the exact same design but select a larger size instead of having to re-create the whole thing al over. And What if I did like the sign that I received and I just wanted to re-order another one for someone else? It's inconvenient to have to redesign the whole thing all over again. I spoke to customer service about this already.

Website easy to navigate and American made option was really great! I was a bit confused at checkout with the imprint colors. In the comments section It allowed me to write how many imprint colors to choose but I didn't know what that was or how to choose until research was done. Could this be more user friendly? Thank you! Looking forward to the finished product!
