We are a group of 10 adults & a child arriving in Hanoi. Impressive Travel Vietnam provided us with a hassle-free service which includes travelling to various areas of interests such as Halong Bay, Tam Luc, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and museum of ethnology.
The driver and guide were friendly and always punctual. The lunches which were included on the local tours were delicious and sumptuous.
The guide was always helpful and willing to carry my child though I did not expect her to. Also, they were willing to help us bargain for good prices when we were purchasing certain staff.
