product arrived seemingly fine, but soon it turned out that the product was faulty. tried to contact them but they simply ignored me

After doing some research, I decided to purchase an item from Importshopping. Prior to my purchase I had emailed customer service and received a prompt and respectful reply. The order process was simple and effective. The terms of shipment were clear. And everything went as described. Absolutely thrilled with the service, the price, and basically the end result which was my item arrived. It was packaged in a manner that protected the contents. Everything was just as it should have been. 125% recommended. One bit of advice, as I see some making comments on the shipping time frame. It was exactly what they said it would take to arrive. As a frequent online buyer, I'd say it was a pleasure. And I definitely will be back again. Try them. Hopefully you will be as satisfied as I was. Once again, highly and totally recommended.

Phone was delivered within a week, sealed and in the original package. They even added an extra charger as the English power plug is different from a Dutch one. Would order again.
