Hallo,

I am sorry but I would like to send the mp3 player back. I had it as a present for my wife and now not only found that there was no volume control when music was playing ( was ok on video and radio) but that also several pictures that I loaded in could only be viewed one time. weird.
I did sent an earlier e-mail.
Otherwise I was happy with the prompt delivery.

I had exactly the same problem at Johan Norman with a MP4 player. I wonder how it麓s possible that this man can continue with these operations close to fraud and that the supervisory authorities do nothing about it?
