Places 2 separate orders with Hubbard's, when placing the first order I specifically asked sales rep to confirm ALL items were in stock. 1 1/2 month later I did not receive the items. There was no communication (email, phone or text) to advise one of the items was on backorder. I had to cal over and over to inquire.
I thought I would try again and place another order. I advise sales rep I need by a certain day. He assured me, I would receive by Saturday if I paid an additional $60 for shipping (In which I did) and the package was never delivered. I waited to received that entire day to find out the package will
Not deliver until Tuesday.
I called first thing Monday and asked for the manager, I actually spoke with the owner and he was rude, demeaning and not apologetic.
