This is supposed to be a website for finding real estate in Germany, to buy (or sell) apartment and houses.
IT IS NOT, it sucks! When you search for real estate, you end up with plenty of fake entries with fake photoshopped pictures of houses that actually don't exit yet but are supposed to be "built". Search filters are useless, you will always end up with these fake entries anyway.
Another problem is many entries are not complete, for example address is often kept secret! Only limited pictures are available to give potential buyers a sense of what they are getting into. It looks like they expect the potential buyer should call and go visit anything that is listed and is a remote match to his wishes. I insist that there should be an standard for pictures uploaded and address should be also given.
The owners and runners of this so-called real estate website should learn similar well designed and operated websites such as Funda.nl in Netherlands or Zimmo.be in Belgium.
Overall, it is a crappy website. Really bad. Not worth visit or use.

I cancelled my contract in less than a month after my subscription. I am still charged. I want refund for extra charges after my cancellation.
The promised Schufa not provided. I found an apartment by own my own, not getting Schufa risked my contract, I cancelled afterwards. I don't use my account.
So I want a refund and full cancellation of my product.

This site is well known, and you don't need to have a premium account for anything. Just keep searching manually because the alerts don't work well. The premium account is useless. The Schufa integration fails a lot, and it's better to get this elsewhere. I got one account for two months and rented something using another site. When I tried to cancel the premium account, I got some errors, and my account was showing as canceled on the site. That was weeks before the second month. Then I got charged again, the support said that I didn't cancel before the expected period. I canceled it and contested the SEPA automatic debit on my bank account. Then they contacted me, asking for the same value with additional fees. This business model is predatory, relly on the consumer need for a home in a highly demanding market. No one needs a monthly service for that.

One of the most useless apps on the market today, especially the Plus account that really doesn't bring anything as extra value, just the creators of the app cash 30 Euros per Month from the searchers and from the ones posting. After 2 months of having the Plus version I have not found anything at all which suited, which is notnto be found with a normal unpaied account. The ones posting on Plus their apartments can have a terrible apartment but they "select" their clients more, as for the 30 euros would say that you are a "better" tenant.
Also you cannot filter the apartments via date of availability. The business model just favors the owners of the app and nobody else.

I was surprised that immobilienscout24 offer an option for properties advertiser to accept requests ONLY from people with Plus account.
This makes the whole website useless for me.

useless servise. no reason to waist your money for the pluss membership as if you dont cansel before the end of the first two months you will be charged for the third as well.
shuffa servise you get it also for free no reason to pay
for it .
also the unswers for viewings that you get are nothing comparing to the flats that you apply for.

I have had a very bad experiences with this company recently. I purchased the prime account and canceled on the same day through my profile on their web page as it is clearly an unnecessary service. Coincidentally, this cancellation was not received by them even though it was done through their very own site as they said I needed to email them about the cancellation. Then why is the option to cancel this service on your profile available if it does not work. After getting a threat of a summons to court, I have had to pay 60 Euros just to prevent going to court for a service I actually did not use. On top of this, a BonitasCheck is meant to be included in that service but they have gone ahead and charged me a separate amount of over 40 Euros for this BonitasCheck. A debit bounce fee of 5 Euros is what they charge you on top of your bank already making that charge on your account which means that you are paying twice the fee's on their behalf. They have taken over 100 Euros from me and delivered no service to me at all. This is a company that seems quick to demand payments and fee's from you in the most threatening way yet delivering a very poor service or non at all. Taking advantage of your very own users through clauses and fine print does not show you as a very transparent and trusting company. Beware!!!

PREDATORY BILLING SCAM. they charge 4x25eur when all i wanted was the cheapest offer to obtain a schufa (which i find out is available just as fast and for free actually). but they hide the small print that it is a recurring charge for four months! thieves. the website offers nothing else useful.

Don't bother with the Plus membership. Please also read the reviews below. We have been trying it for 2 months (out of a 4 month subscription) and, like the others, find that the platform is plagued with bugs and malfunctions. Too bad we can't cancel it now. None of the Plus features work as advertised nor have they turned out to be an advantage (especially in Berlin): top of the inbox seems to have not mattered at all (500+ apps out, max. 50 replies); landlords ALWAYS request your documents to be manually sent over email anyway because the ImmoScout portfolio link you can submit with your first contact does not let them actually see your information, rendering it useless; the opportunity analysis statistics showing how popular the ad is rarely update, not even after 24 hours (and what does it matter anyway, we know each ad gets 1000s of replies). We have yet to see any "exclusive, Plus only" ads as promised. The SCHUFA included with your membership is not the document that landlords actually look for–apparently it is just a declaration that you have a valid record and nothing about your creditworthiness. Not to mention the Suchalarm service is horribly unfair–both I and my partner subscribed and one would sometimes get an alert 10 mins before the other, enough time to be too late in this market. You are much better off with using the free version only to find the ad and then sending your own document package. Spend the money instead on an actual SCHUFA report and some form of RSS feeder as opposed to relying on Suchalarm.

… please read reviews below, everything I would have had to say is stated in all other reviews. My premise is I am glad have looked into the reviews before actually using the plus service. So, this review is going to critisize the whole idea about this type of service and the impression I have been having using ImmoScout without.
I think ImmoScout may start some day considering lesees as actual human beings or at least as customers too who may be able to pay in exchange for an actual service.
I would rather pay even more than lousy 20-30 鈧?a month and receive an actual option or any sort of mediation rather than paying that amout to get less than nothing. Why don't you set up something more personal with actual persons lesees can reach out to in exchange for their money?
The amount of requests is no excuse for requesting fees that DO NOT get you any closer to a renter, they do not change the fact that you still will be waiting in the very long line of requests.
On the contrary, given that there are so many requests, is there even any necessity to profit from something you can't guarantee?
It sounds like the equivalent of selling tickets for a plane that is already sold out just in case somebody cancels WHICH IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN! 😀
I wish you to wise up and start reaching out to lesees too. Some day the fact that you have by far the worst reviews score as a service on all earth may start weighing on your business.

Terrible customer support:
No call support in English, they just tell you (in English) to call again – and again, and again (Are they hoping that after using all the minutes available or your time on this planet that you will stop calling them).
They do not answer emails.
Chat is super slow to load (if ever sometimes), so you cant have any exchange with an agent in real-time/continuity.
The system to ask for docs via their platform is buggy and slow and often does not work.
Platform to avoid, in my experience.

The premium version is a legalized scam. It is aimed at people disadvantaged by a poor knowledge of German and desperate enough to try every possible way to find a home, including paying 20 euros a month for six months. You don't really have any real advantage. The profile that should go straight to the agencies, everyone can create it themselves. The app works badly, often freezes preventing you from sending the request email. Update the new results late and in most cases the apartments suitable for you can be found on their site, but doesn't appear in your feed. So you'll find that 100 more people 've arrived before you. Please contact the agencies directly by creating your cover letter and your own package of documents. Don't give money to these people. Don't make my mistake: I found a flat with an agency. The house appeared on the immoscout website (free) but was not present in my feed's app.

Total waste of money. There is no difference between a plus buyer membership and a normal buyer even after paying almost 40 Euros per month as membership fees. The properties are available for everyone at the same time and the property agencies do not give any priorities to the plus members at all even in terms of replying back to appointment request. I will never recommend the membership to anyone as it is just a total waste of money for expecting to get any advantage over other interested parties. The funny part is that after getting the membership, they ask you again to additionally pay for another membership to make your buyer profile public to the property agencies. Unbelievable!

I purchased 2 month subscription premium package on April.
I noticed that it's already prolonged twice automatically.
I can understand that they cannot refund the past subscription .
but they also rejected my asking of refund the money deducted 1 day ago. so they are forcing me to use it another 1 month.
I think it's not customer oriented and gave me feeling that I don't wanna subscribe it next more

I joined the Immobilien website in May and I paid 19,95 for that then I found my place through other websites and I canceled my membership and now I saw It's charing me again. I called their customer support and they said there is nothing they can do. It's stealing money from customers. I didn't use your service why should I be charged for six months. Then what is the meaning of the cancelation option you have?

Worst experience ever.
I joined the membership account for the period of 2 mandatory months. I also got the public profile.
Since I already got an apartment i decided to cancel the membership. My surprise was that they have still being charging me for the open profile even though I canceled my membership.
I talked to their customer support and they couldn't even cared less about anything. they said that it was a different service that you have to specifically cancel on its own.
I asked for the refund of it because it was confusing. I thought that when you canceled the membership it would delete your profile, and it wasn't so. They didn't care at all about me. I had the feeling they just want to suck up your money.
Never again with them.
