After I hired three lowyers in CA to handel my inmigration case as turned out ,non only they didnt do anything for me but comeited a fraud by stilling money from me. Thank God! I found higbee&associates they has been really sensitive human and professionals during the whold procces .My case was the Pardon I601 which is a very difficult case in itself. I was separeted from my husband a very long time and now I'm here as a permanent resident, happy together, and I'm very thankful to God and of course with this low firm.

Overall I must say that I paid a lot of money just to have forms filled out. I admit that I felt the need for a legal service to help me with the K1 Visa process but soon realized that I could have done the work myself. The service was good and performed in a timely manner. Then the Trump "travel ban" took place. I was extremely disappointed that I heard absolutely nothing from the firm that was handling my case. The travel ban became the most stressful period for my fiance and I and we both felt that we had no support. Consequently, I went public about my case and finally received a great deal of assistance from HRC and the ACLU but little or no help from the legal firm. Good news is that my fiance's visa was approved (thank you ACLU) and we will marry soon. Finally I would say that if someone wants to simply submit a petiton without extenuating circumstances, just do it yourself with the help of various websites and your own skills. Won't say that I was "ripped-off" but I'm sorry I wasted so much money for no reason.

Solo quiero decirles a quien este pensando en ser cliente de Higbee and Associates, que en mi experiencia fueron lo maximo! Las bogadas de immigracion fueron muy atentas con nosotros. En especial quiero decirles que la asistente de abogados Amanda Sorvig me atendio a cada una de mis preguntas y nunca tardaba mas de un dia en regresar a mis mensajes. Nosotros empesamos nuestro caso con muchos nervios y temerozos si asiamos lo indicado. Mi esposo habia entrado al pais ilegal y tenia una felonia ( por la cual pago y siguio todos los pasos de la corte). Mi esposo despues de dos a帽os pudo arreglar su residencia. This firm has a great staff. The attorneys and paralegals in the immigration division are great examples when it comes to following through with clients. Natalia and Julia are a great team. Their dedication to helping clients is beyond extravagant. I could not be more satisfied.

Improvements

Several times I called the main desk to ask quick questions, most times no one would answer. You need to give clients a direct number where someone answers 24/7. The main number automatically tells you to leave a message and bounces you from department to department, until finally you ask to be connected. Several times I even drove just to ask a simple question because no one would answer the phone at the main desk. Please improve this, clients deserve better. Over all I am very satisfied
